During quarantaine orders we were told to stay in a hotel for 4n/5d. We choose for Mercure as it has good revieuws and we are member. It was the biggest mistake ever.
The food was always cold too frozen even, in a very bad quality. Like in prison??we had plastic spoon and fork. No knife. 4 days they presented 1 portion for 2 pax. It took 3 hrs to bring the second. The room service was even more worse, It took about 2 till 3 hours to bring something.
Snacks, popmie, beer was always soldout. It was the most horrible expirience in a hotel ever.
We complained many times but staff were cowerds and never give a sign or contacted us.
after 6 days we were allow to leave the hotel. They had the brutality to ask 1 day full payment extra for locked up extra from 12/12 am with 1 meal. Sheets were not changed. Bad Bad Bad!!
It was realy a nightmare to stay here. The vieuw from 19th floor was ok you cannot spoil that otherwise......
