I received a pleasant surprise upon check in, when they told me I was their Guest of The Day! The room upgrade was a nice cherry to top off our experience. Friendly & welcoming staff (Mimi who contacted me personally on Whatsapp, Tyo & Dono who looked after my check in procedure), pleasant & new hotel with family-friendly facilities. I requested for baby cots for my nieces and the hotel provided everything that I requested with regards to the rooms. We had lunch & breakfast buffet at the Catappa Restaurant and were spoiled by the immense food & beverage selection, quite reasonably priced either way (IDR 200k nett for breakfast additional persons). The restaurant is so spacious, one can host a function comfortably there. The only thing we didn't experience was the Plumeria Lounge & the swimming pool. Guess it leaves us something to look forward to in the next visit!
