Not worth the time it takes to drive there not made a dime there just cost me money

Nice place little place in the back is great place to eat and cheap. Won over $800 with bday free play!

Good place just not enough free play one month I get it then go with out it for 2 months

The room was alright nothing fancy was suppose to stay for 2 nights only stayed 1 n did not get money back for 2nd night the staff was rude and our air broke 1st night called the desk and they were suppose to fix it n they never did n then they tried to blame me for it not getting fixed then I stepped on a piece of glass has the casino paramedic come n they couldn't get the glass all the way out so we leave and no body will answer our calls or do nothing about all this I would not recommend staying here at all

Lots of slots and plenty of room to move around. A great place to go away for the evening.

Friendly staff....need to loosen slots a little....

Could use a little updating. A little more staff that walks around instead of watching TV or gathering together.

A wonderful place to go to relax and win a few bucks for pocket change.

Used to be a great place to unwind; could go in with $40 -$50 and play all night. Not now!! Slots are so tight it s now referred to as a donation station!!

BEWARE BED BUG INFESTED.
2 weeks ago I thought I would take my wife out for a night, so I reserved a room at the lodge. We checked in, everything was good, we went into our room. Due to my wife paranoia about hotels she checked the room over. No issues until we got to the bed. BED WAS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. There was blood stains on sheets, pillows where people had been bitten. my wife took pictures and videos of live bed bugs crawling on the bed. She called the lobby, the staff came down to see, staff was disturbed at what she saw. The staff member called her boss, which took 2 hours to get her to the lodge. In the meantime we were offered 3 other rooms, All of the rooms were infested with bed bugs. As all of this is happening the staff was still checking people into rooms. My wife told them that they were checking people into bed bug infested rooms, but they didn't care. We left there with a refund. We called the Grove health department, but due to being on a reservation they had no grounds. The lodge didn't offer any compensation for our troubles. Never going back. If you stayed in this place, you probably took bed bugs home with you.

I like playing at Grand Lake but if you have a flat or a dead battery don't ask security to help cause they are no help they say it is a liability issue. They need to put in place like the other casino's around and have you sign a waiver that they will not be liable for anythingg that malfunctions on your vehicle.

Foods to expensive and gambling sucks expect to lose

Very good place to eat drink and play.
You don't always win but it is very cool place to go.

Machines are TIGHT, atmosphere is not too comfortable

Hotel was nice, the play and stay package was good. Gives you a chance to win back the money you spent.

1st and only visit i will make to Grand Lake Casino and Grand Lake Casino Lodge!! I accompanied a dear friend of mine to fulfill a "VIP offer" for a nights stay in the Grand Lake Casino Lodge that included a rewards play deal and restaurants voucher in the package and the service we recieved was horrible!! My friend has Throat cancer and wasnt feeling well and needed some rest because he was in alot of pain, so at 1:30 we left the casino to go check him in to the room he had reserved prior to arriving and they refused to allow him to check in until after 3 pm even after explaining his condition to them. I feel that some accommodations could have been arranged so he could get some relief instead we cancelled all and headed back make the 180 mile trip home!!! Very disgusted.

Crowded, very long lines to get players card, like a dark, smoky, cave. Not in my top 10.

they were rude they made me take off my mask to take my temp will never go back A there again . Still angry for the way we were treated.

Just found out they do not give birthday anymore instead they have monthly birthday party.

Clean, not very populated, perhaps due to the weather or even Covid. Plenty of parking but unfortunately my luck did not follow me. Left a lot did not bring much home, used it as an afternoon getaway. Soft drinks are free. Does have a bar and two levels of video games.

Decided to drive here from Lowell, Ar. Lost $2oo in no time. Slots never even gave me a bonus. Staff not very friendly, will not be going back.

This is a very poorly employed casino, the old guy that signs you up as a new member was so busy he couldn't make me a card! He was making one for someone else but didn't have time for me! First time ever after 70 something casinos. Wow. You are way overpaid

Atmosphere just seemed a little boring and payouts were not very well.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Extra precaution is being taken to prevent Covid 19 spread.

Good paying machines with plesent worker's good relaxing atmosphere

With everything going on with this pandemic I found reassuring that they care for their customers and employees with all the precautions.

I'm not sure that I really like this casino I seem to loose more than I win not fun
