Grand Lake Casino Review

Drinks were priced well. Didn't see many machines I wanted to play. No table games. Went with friends that had free gifts, ran out before they got theirs

Service could be better as far as the bar is concerned

Very smoky with very VERY tight slots. Don't expect to win anything here.

Went on a Saturday and the slots were loose. My mom and I had a great time!

Bye bye free play. Wasted trip. But still nicer inside than @Indigo Sky!

A small- to mid-sized casino with lots of game machines, table games and weekend entertainment. Lots of promotions. The restaurant used to be better: they painted it black and reduced the menu.

They don't give you free play on your birthday any more. Sucks because it is one of the nicer, small casinos around.

Not many spins, but sometimes win big. They have pretty good promotions though.

Small compared to other casinos, machines are fair. The beer price makes up for much that it lacks

Friends took us here because we were visiting and it was close. Worse I have been to. $20 in a machine playing 40 cents a spin and won a total of 20 cents. Never again.

Three poker machines sad and smell like cigarette smoke it was terrible!

Supervisor was a jerk..obviously they have issues..

This casino used to be the best around for payback and allowing you to play a while. Not anymore!!!

The room was very clean and nice. Only thing we found that needed was throw rugs and microwave, and maybe a little fridge.. The vinyl flooring was beautiful except it was cold needed throw rugs to stand on while standing at sink, getting out of bed and tub. The bed was great . We would and will stay again. Also the voucher with the Casino was fantastic. The people at both places was fantastic was very courteous and friendly. We will be coming back at both places, hope they continue to have the two joined up together. The food is also very good.

I should have a right if I want to wear a mask or not being made to wear one having my picture taken and showing my id you can only drink upstairs how are you supposed to relax and enjoy your self won't be back until things change I'll take my money to a different casino where I know I'm not forced into doing things]

They take all your money and don't even say thank you so not very good

It was very crowded. Staff was friendly for a first timer they gave me to pointers. I would not recommend.

Grand Lake Lodge is one if the finest and comfortable Lodge's I have been privileged to stay in.

Always a fun time whenever I come to town. Good place to go and eat and gamble a little when the need strikes. :)

The 2 players club girls were rude, kept talking among themselves when I was trying to asked them questions & dumb blonde girl just ignored me & started helping an older man & was talking about going to eat with some guy(I don't care what you're doing later; you should be helping me now )My money is just a good as his. Same dump just remodeled! Took out the machines we like & put more flashier & expensive machine! Can't wait til Cherokee Casino is ready! I'll spend my money there! Newer & cleaner! I'm tired of employees being RUDE & keeping their jobs!

In May of 2017, my two brothers and I stopped by to eat breakfast, and play the slot machines. The restaurant was nearly empty, and the waitress quickly took our order, but it went downhill from there. The coffee tasted days old, and the food tasted as if was cooked in rancid grease. We commented to the waitress about the condition of the food, and she stated that several people had complained about the coffee already. We didn't ask to be competed or for a reduced price, because the Casino is fairly new, were just working out their problems. We havnt eaten there in two months, but we tried again in July 2017, and the food improved, but my brothers hamburger tasted as if cooked in rancid grease. That's strike two, and we have choices where we eat and gamble. We may give one more opportunity at the restaurant, but that will be our last.

my favorite little casino. staff are nice, they are more free play than the other casinos around. not too big so.it gets a bit crowded at times.

The only casino that I lose at no matter what . also always feel uncomfortable like I've done something wrong the floor people looking like I stole something and I'm in there spending or rather wasting my money. Cherokee casino is better .. Just saying.

My husband and I went to eat at the restaurant after not being there for a while, and it had changed. They were out of one of the main food items on their menu and they didn't have much of a selection at all. We left without ordering.

Stayed there last year and the rooms were really clean and nice going to have a birthday party this year in their little building off to the side reasonable rates and a nice facility

Sometimes too smokey but a good variety of slot machines, nice food/drink promotions and nice entertainment on the weekends.

Awful payouts we counted around 30% which is just a joke. They are allowed to fix the machines and I lost a good amount of money. .
Another depressing place with lots of upset people and also lots of people asking for money.
Hate the dull vibe and slow hitting machines. Not the cleanest casino as well.
I'm very curious why these casino are managed so poorly. They can't have any lively music and staff. The music is pretty much garbage, and the staff acts like they are tired and overworked.

Would have liked the lodge to be with the casino. They have shuttle service 24/7 very nice staff. Great bar and bartenders. Won a little money.

It was good. They are under construction so I didn't expect to get it as fast as I did. It was good!

Whatever they are doing with the air in there 10 mins into my visit the last three times i got a migraine so needless to say I wont be going back there anytime soon until they stop making it smell like a huge ionizer in there because two other people i was with one has asthma and her lungs still hurt 12 hours after the visit. We used to go all the time to play, not anymore!!

Big, open casino with lots of slots. The rewards are on par with other places. My favorite marketing ploy of all casinos here is that you get a free ice cream cone after getting 100 points of play. Nothing makes you feel better than an ice cream cone on the way out the door whether you won or loss!

Food is not good none of the machines pay nothing waste of time going

It is nice and clean, but the chances of winning...the odds are against you.

The one thing bad with this place is the CIGARETTE SMOKE. I dont smoke and HATE the smell, even if you spend a minute in there, your clothes are ruined and need to be washed immediately once you get home. You might get lucky and find a machine under the air condition where you dont smell it.

The Big Catfish supper is very good. The seasoning oh yes. The sides very good. My waitress had perfect timing. I enjoyed getting to see Mr. Larry Andrews.

Very clean nice rooms, great staff, security that walks the premises, boat hook ups, security lights, shuttle busses to take u to casino with restaurant, benches outside each room with ashtays. And also package room deals with like free play at casino as well!! Loved the sevice the cozy feel n just everything!!!

It was our first visit to this casino. If there was any complimentary beverage, or hostess that goes around offering beverages, I did not see it. We went to the casino early afternoon so it was not crowded, but filled with cigarette smoke. I'm not a smoker so I had to leave early, more so because my eyes were starting to burn. Either way, I got to enjoy the many dollar denomination slot machines available; not a big winner, but played on what I inserted and won my money back, and a little more.

Didn't win much, had fun. Didn't like the smell inside...had a weird smell.
