We stayed at the hotel for a convention. The room was fantastic, the amenities were very nice. The convention space itself was pretty good.

Easy check in for my out of town guest Even when booked in my name and they checked in with their ID! I hear nice rooms, large clean beds!

Wonderful place even with kids for kayaking. Staffs are super friendly, water around the port is quite shallow, safe for kids! But if you go farther you can feel the waves from deeper water. A definitely go option, but do remember to book the jet ski in advance as they only have two available.

There is a short nature walk on the property, two pools, and great food at the Oystercatcher.

I was on business. The room smelled a little strange, but maybe it's because the hotel is located next to the water. Amazing views. Nice pool. The bar food was mediocre. Breakfast was really good. All of the front desk people were very polite, professionally, and pleasant.

This is one of the absolute best hotels I have ever been too. First of all, great service, the rooms are always neat and clean as soon as you get back from a day at the beach, or a night at the bar, they always provide clean towels and a clean environment. Second, the many things you can do at this hotel include taking a swim at one of the two pools that they have, play bean bag toss with your family, or just sit in their very comfortable lobby, this is a great place to go if you don't like leaving the hotel. Third, the view is breathtaking. If you ever go to this hotel, I suggest booking a room in a higher floor, so you can see the sun setting over a vast lake. So, believe me, and the other reviews, when we tell you this hotel is amazing, I love it, I've come to this hotel 3 times and I've never once been disappointed.

Our stay was good there, don' think it would work for eveyrone as it is by the airport and a bit secluded. I was concerned about a room service experience... the young lady delivering was pretty intent nearly aggressive on coming all the way into the bedroom portion of the room ....this was a 700sq ft suite, so handing me the food in the hallway was definitely more appropriate and consistent with what Im used to in my travels. In this age of allegations and litigation, for sure I'll lean to the side of caution. Beautiful views from my room, it does seem like engineering needs to address water pressure in the rooms.

Friendly staff, loads of restaurants on premises (3), several bars and a beautiful walking trail through some of the local Marsh. Bed was extremely comfortable and soft sheets. I was here for a business conference but I will be back for vacation.

Amazing hotel with the most friendly staff. From the doormen to the restaurant servers... everyone is amazing. The property is not only in a convenient location, but it also provides a seclusion aspect with a great boardwalk to the bay, multiple pools, resort type amenities and amazing restaurants to choose from. Great views of the bay and very spacious guestrooms.

If you book through a third party you ll get the non-view facing the parking lot and looking down at the roof. It s very disappointing. The check in process was fine but felt rushed and perfunctory responses. Beds were hard but room is clean.

Stayed here for a destination wedding. Bay view room was very nice. Staff was very helpful. Wedding on the top floor was very nice & views of Bay and TPA (airport) were terrific. My only gripe: I would change the bar/restaurant in the main lobby vs the Front Desk location close by. Bar can get very noisy and the staff & guests at the registration desk sometimes have to practically yell at each other to communicate. Management should look into a sound barrier of some sort. Besides that, I highly recommend. I would stay here again.

We had a free night from family as a wedding gift. We were in the villas and they were amazing. The lounge bar was great with good selection. The room was a surprise so we were prepared, so we called some toiletries but the first time they came by all they brought was coffee. Had to call a second time, when the guy answered he sound like he didn't want to be there. I would give 4.5 but can't so 4 it is.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at with my family. Location is so convenient. Right between the beaches at Clearwater and all the restaurants I wanted to visit in Tampa. We had a room on the 9th floor with a view of the airport and my 3 year old loved that. But even with airport so close by, it was a very quiet and calm place. The property is really big with a trail to walk and places to explore with your kids. And all the people that work there are so friendly and kind.
My favorite thing by far was the breakfast buffet. I only ate fruit and oats but just seeing all the options made me happy LOL. They have plenty of vegetarian things to pick from as well.
