Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Review

I truly enjoyed my stay here at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. It is in the city central area, very close walk to both Siam and Chit Lom BTS Station. The staffs were very welcoming and hospitable. They made us feel at home away from home. We had access to the club lounge and it has a really great view; we watched the sunset while having our cocktails & dessert from the lounge. It s was super incredible :)

The room was spacious and clean - they even made up the room with some special treats as they know it's one of our birthday. The handwritten card by their staffs were really thoughtful and sweet. Hotel breakfast spread was great too. It's not a super wide spread but it's definitely quality food. I enjoyed my 2 nights stay here so much and I will be back for sure!

It's very nice place. But recommend to go by BTS is the best way.

This is a great looking hotel. I have never stayed here but often meet my party in the lower level, off the lobby, as there is a nice little cafe providing pastries, a restaurant, clean restrooms, and all situated in a clean, cool environment. As other reviewers have stated, it is really close to the activities of Erawan station and its adjoining, elevated walkway - which is great for picture taking.

A very nice and cozy hotel. Super clean rooms. And proximity to shopping outlets and train station makes it a great location to put up in. Food options are plentiful, though in house meals are very pricy.

Very nice hotel in a good location. The Grand Hyatt Erawan has everything, nice restaurant, disco, cigar lounge and so on. Breakfast buffet is very complete and the service is typical Thai, always nice and welcome. The rooms are perfectly sized and well fitted. If you like shopping, you have all the big shopping centers around.

Group stay, even to the smelly room. Check-in, you have to sign a lot of paper, it is not environmentally friendly. Especially for the guests. The first impression is not good.

Not very great in service. Food isnt tasty, traditional thai cuisine not available.

Excellent first class hotel in prime position. Couldn't fault it, and exceptional value for money, - especially when compared to prices in the West. Breakfast buffet probably the best that I have experienced anywhere else in the World!

Great location. Its right where the famous four-faced Buddha is located. Very central and easily accessible.

I was very impressed with the reputation, but the condition of the room was very good. However, I had a Saturday on Friday, but because of the wedding ceremony, there were too many cars and the taxis were not able to get to the hotel and the car was too stagnant to get around. I have to get it to the hotel.

On May 26th, the first day of dinner after arriving in Bangkok, I ate at the restaurant in Grand Hyatt. I ate buffet meals. The food included Thai, Japanese and Western styles, but the main purpose was to eat steamed crabs. The level of food is generally above. The day is Saturday, so the price is not cheap, and each person spends about 500 Hong Kong dollars.

Well i stayed there for 2 days back in jan 2019 and everything was great. Specially the staff they were excellent.

Great hotel, not counting the temples all in walking distance from the sights to the shopping center
