The size ***** hotel is not suitable for us. Suburb But come to join the wedding ceremony, daughter, friend, wearing another suit that is cool

Have been buffet for many years here. The food tastes the best, the ingredients are good, the chef is skilled.

Beautiful place located in the heart of the city. Has all the modern amneties. The many great restaurants as well and also within walking distance to many shopping malls such as Siam Paragon, Amarin and Central World. We stayed at a King room. The room was spacious with a bathtub great TV and everything you would need for a stay. Rating 4 stars as we asked multiple times for the kettle in the room to be replaced as it was a bit stained. But despite agreeing to send a new one we never got our request fulfilled.

I was having lunch at dining room. And I tried to go toilet and femail sttaf named AOR she followed me and shouting 'Mr! Check bill!'.<br/>What the HELL.. Everydody was looking at me it was extremly embarrasing!!! Is this CRAZY place???

I love this hotel! Very clean and breakfast buffet is of very good quality ingredients!!

Customer service is fantastic, breakfast is wonderful. They served many varieties of food and catered to different diets including vegetarian and gluten-free. Will come again!

In the heart of Bangkok s business and shopping district, this is a great hotel if you re visiting for shopping / dining or if for a business trip.

Multiple shopping malls within only a few minutes walk that offer great shopping and dining options.

Good selection of restaurants if you want to stay within the hotel as well, I d recommend the Erawan Tea Room that has some great Thai offerings.

Grand Hyatt s in Asia have usually good gyms and this one is no exception with a good selection of cardio and weighted equipment. Doesn t have the heaviest dumbbells available but on the positive it does have an actual Barbell.

Rooms are a well appointed and spacious. Have never had any noise issues from multiple stays.

Staff are excellent, particularly in the Club lounge.

Located behind the erawan shrine, i think this is one of the best hotel in Bangkok. The room is so spacious, and if we take a bath in bathroom, there's speaker that we can hear inside when the television is on..

One of the nicest hotel in the centre of BKK. However it's pricey!

Good service, many function rooms, and close to the BTS station. Also, their dining restaurant is good.

Just passing by bus, the destination is Central Plaza

Shrine for four face god (as referred in Bangkok).. He is our Bhramha. They also refer him as Pramprom (may be derived from Parabhrama). They is a group of dancers performing their traditional Thai dance in front of the God with traditional Thai music. The Shrine is located in a busy place, lots of shopping malls near by.

Is a good hotel And near the city center, business and shopping district of Bangkok

Stayed here a few years ago. Enjoyed the pool, Spa and concierge service.

Parking is not enough. Organize a big meeting The parking lot is helpful.

Great hotel but I had issues with room card. First time it did not work, had to go down to lobby and get another card!

Very good and Convenient location for shopping and eating. 5 stars hotel but the swimming pool is disappointing.

Loved everything

This hotel was a great place to stay in while in Bangkok.
It is in a great location with very easy access to great shopping malls, wonderful restaurants and several of Bangkok landmarks.
The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. The room was always clean and all the room amenities were exceptional. I do recommend this hotel very highly.

Was here for a wedding in November 2017. Overall upscale looking place with staffs that generally able to converse in English. Finding direction to the hall can be a chore, and it seems like there is limited number of lifts. Service and atmosphere was good.

, to bad have only 5 star for , I will give 2 more 7 star ;-)

I had the dinner buffet and was a little disappointed with the food.Oysters were so small and the other dishes were very ordinary ,nothing to shout out loud.
The only food I enjoyed was only the lamb and beef ,dessert was also not good.

I have always stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan in Bangkok....the service is outstanding they make you feel so welcome it is amazing. The rooms especially the garden Villa where we stayed is beautiful and comfortable. Combined with the great food offerings and location. I can't think of any other place to stay. I also particularly love the site and sounds of the adjacent located Erawan Shrine.

Service is at unbelivable level & great taste for meals ! Aura of the hotel impressed me ofcourse the company besides you matters !!
