Unfortunately the promised room did not get, also the extra towels were not brought. The safe did not work, about 1.5 hours wait until we could put the valuables in the hotel - safe. The evening had gone.

This was a beautiful hotel, in an amazing location. The view of Lake Geneva from the breakfast room is hard to beat. The rooms are a little small, and our shower was tiny, but the staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Such a gorgeous place. Really a true 5 star hotel...still not understanding how is it so affordable?! We got a free change to a lake view, which was out of this world, though don't remember asking for a city view. Wish spa area was a bit more elaborate, but other than that, nothing to complain. Reception was super nice. I'd stay there again for sure.

Except for the location, it was really not good. The service is bad, the breakfast was bad, the rooms small but ok.

- our room was unfortunately very small
- Queen-size bed with 1.20m for 2 adults who are not a couple, clearly too small (room 612), despite a complaint after the first night, this problem could not be solved
- The shower head holder is in the wrong place on the bathtub, so that you can only shower with some contortions
- No parking spaces at the hotel (public parking garage across the street for CHF 40 per 24 hours)
- Breakfast buffet rather simple (one kind of cheese, three kinds of sausage, no omelette, fried egg, etc.) - in this price range you expect a bit more

The hotel advertises itself as a luxury hotel. Although the website indicates they have parking for 40 sf /day, they referred us to a public garage parking nearby, and had to pay in for in and out each time we used the car. There is no bellboy when you come in, and we had to search for one. Rooms are small, and the breakfast buffett for 58 SF per couple was not rich enough for the price paid. I would look for another hotel.

A very nice hotel. I just recommend you to book a room from park side which had a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was a little poor but the rest is fine. There is no park for your car by the way.

Central location - right across from the trainstation ideal if your touring around Switzerland. Booked a room with a room and wow what a view across lake zurich. Staff were welcoming and really friendly and helpful. The room was spacecious and had a really comfortable bed. A really enjoyable stay, would stay again.
Part of the bed was dirty upon arrival, however the beds are very comfortable to my taste. During night you seem to hear everything from the neighbors. Service was good and the front desk was nice. We had a sea view room and it was really nice, the terrace was very big. however, try to get a room higher than level 4.

We stayed there on New Year's Eve and stayed for one night. I booked a deluxe room with queen-size bed, lake view and balcony for us. This room was big and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable !! The location of the hotel is also commendable, casino, restaurants, etc. Within a few minutes walk. Hotel directly across from the train station - Montreux.

The breakfast is ok at best, but the rooms are nice. The location is one best features of staying here, because of how close it is the the lake and because it is very close to the town center.
The hotel facilities are very good; the room is comfortable; excellent breakfast and a first class restaurant.
Nice hotel with nice location in general. They also pay attention to renovation and keeping the rooms in excellent conditions, facilities are impeccable. The restaurant and the bar is also very nice, can recommend. I hope I'll once have a chance to get a room with the lake view as I always get a room with view on the station (though paying the same price as those getting the lake view rooms).
Have the opportunity to live and see, the train station is nearby. Summer is better. There are also night clubs.
Highly recommend this place for drinks on the terrace when the weather is nice. Dinner at the restaurant is also very good and not as expensive as you would think. There are often lots of deals on La Forchette for table reservations.

A superb 4* in a great location with stunning lake views. Efficient and professional service by very well trained staff. Called reception from our room to ask for if they could lend us a plug adapter, it was delivered to our room within 5 minutes. Would definitely come again.

perfect location and great service , spectacular view and lovely balcony to enjoy an evening.
the room is spacious and clean , one of the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on.
Hotel's restaurant is very nice too, the food is reasonably prised and delicious.

If you go to Montreux do not forget to show the top (terrace Swiss Hotel Magestique) you will find a magnificent view, and also an excellent reception, a very good kitchen, quality wines, cons against it must pay a little more than usually.But when we love we do not count.
The location of the hotel is very good, facing the lac le man. The room I stayed in was also excellent and overlooked the lake. Loved the breakfast, no exaggeration, but all items offered are of excellent quality. You could not expect less from the Swiss.

Great Hotel. The service was good and the rooms were a nice size. The best thing was the train station right next to the hotel. Definitely recommend for people coming with a train late at night.
