We had a very bad experience at this hotel. Probably this is the worst stars hotel i have ever had in my life. The bar and restaurant were by far the worst. The quality of the service was bad. Especially the foreman of the restaurant, he forgot twice to lead us to our table and let us waiting for 30mins outside of the restaurant without any apology. I told him to bring the drink snacks that I left at the bar (which had not been eaten yet), apparently he forgot too and he didn t want to admit it. The food was extremely salty too. All in all, my husband and I had a very bad night there!

Beautiful hotel, great location and has some of the best views from it's rooms.

A beautiful hotel that does not have a stand-alone stop for passengers and luggage

Me and my family stayed for three nights last month. We are impressed with the front desk staff called Mayres, as she gave me clear instructions of using the free ticket ride we got while we checked in. Which, in another word, the boy I didn't even want to mention the name who help us to check in, got our names messed up, printed wrongly on the tickets and didn't explain a thing. Luckily we ask Mayres for details otherwise we wasted a good use of transport tickets. The house keeping team is great, room is cozy, view is nice. Everything was good but the male front staff should get training again.

Not recommended! Slightly graying charm with overstrained staff. One day the shower stayed cold. The next day, the heating in the meeting room turned off. The bar was closed, the breakfast french sparse! The top view of Lake Geneva does not compensate for the poor service and high price.

I was upset about the breakfast potatoes though.
At 10:12 the container for the breakfast potatoes were taken away because they ran out. I thought more would come so I waited.
10 minutes before breakfast closes I asked the waitress if the potatoes were going to be replenished. She replied no to which I was a little upset about but accepted. 1 minute later she came over to me and said the potatoes will come in a few minutes .
At 10:28 I left (breakfast closes at 10:30) and the potatoes had not been relplenished.
I left really annoyed because I waited a long time for nothing and if you say you re going to do something you should follow through. She shouldn t have given me false hope if she wasn t sure

Very good location, with restaurant facing the gigantic lake, makes the best place to spend. Nice and spacious room and courteous staff along with close vicinity of the rail station and the walking way of the lake are an added advantage.

Hotel is nice but service needs some improvement. The front desk was chronically understaffed. Room service was extremely limited and only provided for a few hours throughout the day. The staff's English is also limited, which you wouldn't expect for an American hotel. Also FYI Breakfast stops at 1030 am.
