Magnificent hotel, excellent rooms and loungers, very well located. Staircase typical of hotels with hearth.

Amazing hotel, comfortable rooms and unmatched service. One of the hotel's restaurant "Caviar Bar" is a must for anyone who wants the best delicacy experience in town. It's not cheap, it's worth checking the menu on the website before deciding if it's worth it.

Stunning hotel with the best service. When the aircon stopped working they moved me to another room.

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast, a grand hotel in the true sense

One of the most iconic hotels in St. Petersburg. There is live music at breakfast. The rooms are spacious, the minibar has a very large assortment. It is not clear why such old televisions in the rooms, perhaps retro styling?)))

Room old-fashioned with old carpet with dust mites causing allergies with a window giving onto a covered atrium, so impossible to air.
Neither in a 4-star hotel is admissible a quarter of these. I think that in Portugal it would be forbidden.
The rest is all luxurious and the breakfast is good, but as I go to a hotel, I find it lousy.

Place for veterans of the 90s, tourists and millionaires. Service, interior and food is beyond praise. Highest level. On Thursdays, live classical music and opera singers.

Hello everyone, I'm from the Netherlands and decided to stay in this hotel in the beautiful St. Petersburg for the time of the world Cup. This hotel have convenient location. Clean room with Bathrobe, Slippers, Hairdryer, cosmetics, coffee machine, small mini bar (superior room). Competent, quick staff. Very cozy cafe on the 2nd floor with a real fireplace and live music but expensive for me. The guide advised go to Katyusha and this place is really soaked in Russia really liked the place is really good and delicious cuisine. This plece was be near of me.The waiters know English so they talked without problems. I love this place and I love Russia very much <3

5 star service and experience. Best hotel I've ever stayed in.

A cozy place, the prices are "luxurious", for example, tea - 450 rubles, sandwiches - 1 200 rubles. I like it.

Native place. There is always a calm luxurious holiday!
