A firm hotel from the 70s, old furniture, lifts that squeak ... in short, it did not meet my taste, in particular bad quality-price ratio. Too expensive.

Hotel built in the nineties, located 30 km from Bologna and about 1 km from the city Guercino, has ample parking and good rooms. The services offered are "basic" but in terms of quality there is nothing to complain about. A beauty center, a swimming pool and a multi-purpose medical center are part of the structure.

Bad, bad and still bad!
My partner and I found ourselves staying at this hotel for an event and the negative things we encountered were several, starting from the price. We paid a decidedly high amount for below-average service, the rooms are dark and dirty, not to mention the food. We had included the half board formula in the price and for three days we found ourselves eating heated food, unfortunately not only for one day. Except for a guy from the bar, very nice and friendly with the guests, the quality, professionalism and education of the staff is really poor! And to top it off, when checking out at the reception, we are asked to pay for things we had already consumed and purchased directly from the bar. For one euro less, nobody goes to hell, but this was really too much !!
Place not recommended, so as not to deserve even a star!

Hotel that definitely does not deserve the 4 stars ... my family and I stayed for an event and spend 3 nights ... dilapidated hotel already visible from the outside inside has some of a very dated hotel old rooms and with few bathroom lights to be restored and without fan and window ... and above all dirty ... on the sheets there were hairs and hair of who knows who ... in the corridor there is the old carpet as a hotel and today it is a sign of dirt. ..room poorly soundproofed and poor in power outlets and placed in the wrong places ... and that's not all ... let's not talk about the food ... poor for the cost paid perhaps this and the treatment given for this event by the hotel because for four stars eat potatoes x two days so evidently on the 2nd day they were heated from the day before it doesn't make sense ... sweet pay like other things ... breakfast from the machine if you wanted a coffee from the bar I would pay it ... mid-morning they were already out of bread and brioche ... a l morning the tables were dirty the cleaning is always important especially in this covid period ... shameful plastic cutlery ... menu and indecent food for the cost paid x staying in a beautiful area of italy instead of offering typical dishes you have to eat omelette and herbs that I can do at home ... passing outside x going to the pool for these past few days there was an unpleasant smell from the septic tank ... municipal swimming pool so it was to be divided with colors that ran courses ... swimming pool decidedly dirty and dilapidated .... 4 stars you don't deserve ... we were very disappointed with everything ... hotel was not in expectation of this event

Looking for a place to have self-service lunch during your lunch break? This can be a choice, in the area of Cento and Pieve di Cento. Good choice is quality. Cute location. In good position between Cento and Pieve.

Not cozy place and also the rooms.
Room: Wall paper unglued from the walls, carries lamps with stains of I don't know which liquid; From the ceiling, right on the bed, at night the light of the green non-harmonious LED fire alarm system, to say the least, that according to the staff and foreseen by the law (but when I pointed out that the light switches are not up to standard height did not know how to answer concretely).
Breakfast: I have to say that I was amazed by excellent chocolate croissants very nice staff (to consider that I am staying in the fair period)
Location: very inconvenient to go to bologna: it is a town in the center north but the road that leads to Bologna and worse than ina Africa (one lane to go and one to return full of curves, roundabouts, speed cameras and traffic lights)

To be a grand hotel to 4 stars, nn I found the quality I expected .... With the same price you can have much more .. ..

Well organized offers alongside a very large congress and event hall where dance competitions are also organized at an international level, the kitchen is excellent and there is plenty of space for parking, including coaches.

Visited on the occasion of a demonstration, without staying there, it did not seem so luxurious and organized, so personal.

After a problem with the WiFi in the conference room that was solved I review my review. Absolutely not the stars because I found the bed of an absurd discomfort. A practically non-existent mattress, it was as if there was not so much up and therefore seemed to sleep on the ground.

Thing? 4 stars? But where?
We arrive on Sunday 23 August, by booking a double room, we go up to the room and find 2 single beds. I go down to the hall and tell the boy (very nice) despite it was his first day of work without coaching that in our room there are 2 singles and not a double. The boy being on his first day at work did not know how to solve the problem. After about 20 minutes he gives us a double. We enter the room and there is no linen, shampoo and shower gel .. But the guy from the reception resolves once again and brings it all to the room. Ok, price in the norm .. But the cleanliness of the rooms is very bad, shower falling apart, dark room very old furniture. In short, it was not a good experience. I will go back to that area, but I will definitely avoid this sort of one star hotel .. Not a 4 star as it says.

The hotel is historic and it shows, in the sense that it seems to have stopped a bit from the 90s. For the rest it is huge full of services (spa and gym) friendly and helpful staff. The built-in pizzeria is good and fast.

4 star hotel on paper. Very old structure, with dated and uncomfortable rooms. Electrical outlets not present near the bedside tables, but only in the corridor and in the bathroom. Low quality cuisine to be a 4 star.

Absolutely not 4-star rooms, prewar conditioners, very noisy. Positive fitness center and swimming pool. But the most serious thing is that several of my friends have been bed bug spots and some of them have taken them home and consequently have had to call pest control.

I only used the pool. C is definitely better, especially in terms of cleaning.
