Old structure, totally to renovate. Yes for quite varied breakfast and access to the gym / pool.

Good pizza and fast service at 11pm on a Saturday night. Value for money good

They didn't enter me because they don't accept medium-sized dogs. I was disappointed.
I add: thank you for your reply, but it is now useless. I just add that I was so tired from the trip and I wasn't feeling well ... what else to say? I can't say anything about the structure that looked beautiful from the outside!

Large structure with bowling hall, swimming pool, solarium, beauty center, restaurant and pizzeria. Good prices and kindness in the staff.

Although the structure is dated, it is very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Both the restaurant (a little expensive) and the pizzeria inside the hotel are available. Access to the swimming pool is included (even if it is public). Breakfast is normal, but it does have some goodies like untreated honey.

The hotel restaurant called seagulls despite the somewhat retro 80's style look is a surprise from the point of view of quality and the sought after menu. I refer in particular to the fish that has nothing to envy of other more expensive restaurants. The "fried box" is their forte.

Small rooms with furniture to renovate. Microscopic bathroom! But really friendly staff! Besides the fact that the meals were excellent and abundant. Excellent breakfasts. Recommended if you are on a business trip and need to stay in your room.

The exterior is neglected and the walls peeling. Hotel dated. The interior has ample space and a little burdened by furniture from the years 89-90. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

I was for the first time in this structure for a congress. Four Stars seem to me too many, maybe more like a 3 star. Catering in the room Rooms with dated furniture, little hot water and rust and very hot We woke up with the scent of croissants that arrived in the room. Bad value for money.

I was in this hotel staying for the occasion of a work conference. I must say that it is located in an area that can be reached quite well and is indicated by road signs as a structure that is a bit old-fashioned but offers various services that can be used by the host in this hotel
The conference room where I was is not the best but it is large enough to hold many people as happened in our case and was served very well As for the bathrooms and the bar
My colleague also used the swimming pool because opening early on that day she was able to combine business with pleasure
The restaurant could have been much better because the variety of food was limited and for those who arrived later in our group, they ate very little

Untrained staff, they confirm the booking but only verbally telling me that, given the high number of reservations due to an event, they would send me an email once the rooms have been assigned. After 3 emails and countless calls, a week after my stay, I discovered that no reservation had been registered for me ... (they always told me not to worry that everything was ok). The manager kindly (and I would say dutifully) has solved it. I arrive at this "4-star" hotel and the exterior view is horrible with disastrous facades. I enter the barracks and they tell me they have assigned me a double room. I open the old wooden door and eaten, and I'm in a hole not suitable for two people, cramped and with an unpleasant odor, not to mention the indecent cleanliness. Finally, as if the rest weren't enough, I see two walking ants on the pillow. I go down to the reception and let me know that I leave the room. I put a star for two reasons; first because I indicate the real category of this "hotel"; according to I dedicate it, seriously, to the director who in any case did his best to solve the problem of the reservation.
Absolutely not recommended, rather look around that there are excellent farms.

The hotel would need a nice general renovation in order to deserve the 4 stars, to date according to my modesty it is not worth more than 2 stars compared to today's standards of 4-star hotels.

Absolutely not good.
In a period of sanitary emergency, they don't control the temperature when you enter, in the canteen (similar to those of the hospitals) we are all addoso to another without respecting the sanitary norms. The structure is not the best and it is really inconvenient to get here (considering that I am here only because the production of a television program has booked this hotel): it is far away and if you arrive in the morning you have to walk 10 minutes in the sun from the bus stop which takes 1h to arrive from Bologna station.
