Hotel that definitely does not deserve the 4 stars...

Hotel that definitely does not deserve the 4 stars ... my family and I stayed for an event and spend 3 nights ... dilapidated hotel already visible from the outside inside has some of a very dated hotel old rooms and with few bathroom lights to be restored and without fan and window ... and above all dirty ... on the sheets there were hairs and hair of who knows who ... in the corridor there is the old carpet as a hotel and today it is a sign of dirt. ..room poorly soundproofed and poor in power outlets and placed in the wrong places ... and that's not all ... let's not talk about the food ... poor for the cost paid perhaps this and the treatment given for this event by the hotel because for four stars eat potatoes x two days so evidently on the 2nd day they were heated from the day before it doesn't make sense ... sweet pay like other things ... breakfast from the machine if you wanted a coffee from the bar I would pay it ... mid-morning they were already out of bread and brioche ... a l morning the tables were dirty the cleaning is always important especially in this covid period ... shameful plastic cutlery ... menu and indecent food for the cost paid x staying in a beautiful area of italy instead of offering typical dishes you have to eat omelette and herbs that I can do at home ... passing outside x going to the pool for these past few days there was an unpleasant smell from the septic tank ... municipal swimming pool so it was to be divided with colors that ran courses ... swimming pool decidedly dirty and dilapidated .... 4 stars you don't deserve ... we were very disappointed with everything ... hotel was not in expectation of this event
