Bad, bad and still bad!

Bad, bad and still bad!
My partner and I found ourselves staying at this hotel for an event and the negative things we encountered were several, starting from the price. We paid a decidedly high amount for below-average service, the rooms are dark and dirty, not to mention the food. We had included the half board formula in the price and for three days we found ourselves eating heated food, unfortunately not only for one day. Except for a guy from the bar, very nice and friendly with the guests, the quality, professionalism and education of the staff is really poor! And to top it off, when checking out at the reception, we are asked to pay for things we had already consumed and purchased directly from the bar. For one euro less, nobody goes to hell, but this was really too much !!
Place not recommended, so as not to deserve even a star!
