The room was big and comfort. The bed was kingsize. The bathroom has large space. The wifi was not that good. The location is ok, near to some restaurants / cafes and not that far from shopping centre and airport. The staff was nice. The parking lot has big space.

The service is good even though the price is relatively cheap. Rooms are OK too.

The place is decent, unfortunately the sink is rather clogged & the balcony is dusty because of the construction. For swimming pools my advice is not to be given a roof so that it is more 'exposed' to the sun. Good service. There is a sahur & open menu service that I like. Even though the juice menu is cold, but at least the service is good. At 3:00 a little more the door has been knocked to deliver sahur

For a 4 star hotel it is a little dusty behind bedside cabinets. Fittings broken in the bathroom and tiles cracked. No hand towel or hand soap in the bathroom.
Maintenance started drilling concrete at 8am sat morning. Paint falling off the walls and the lock missing from the bathroom door.
Can hear the neighbors talking in the next room.
My room had a water leak but they moved me so good service grin the reception team. My second room the bathroom flooded after 40 seconds as the drain was blocked.

They state on their website it is a four Star but I'm giving it 3 stars.

The room is spacious but the room old and the bedsheet has some marks on it.. didn't know it was clean or dirty. The rates was cheap tho..

I take a shower for just a few minutes. The water has stagnated. Hopefully it can be noticed. But overall this hotel is very recommendation. Good for families or just want to rest alone.
