For a 4 star hotel it is a little dusty behind bedside cabinets. Fittings broken in the bathroom and tiles cracked. No hand towel or hand soap in the bathroom.
Maintenance started drilling concrete at 8am sat morning. Paint falling off the walls and the lock missing from the bathroom door.
Can hear the neighbors talking in the next room.
My room had a water leak but they moved me so good service grin the reception team. My second room the bathroom flooded after 40 seconds as the drain was blocked.

They state on their website it is a four Star but I'm giving it 3 stars.
