The vanilla latte and caramel lattes are great, but the rest of the coffees lack sugar. Good service, too.

Really cool addition to downtown plano. Nice and open layout, great coffee and menu. We ordered americanos to-go. Though waiting on the coffee made us want to stay awhile!

Food is always soggy and really lemony, the coffee is good but the hours of operation pretty much make it impossible to go to this place.

Great coffee! Even for european guy. European credit cards don't quite work though. Outside chairs could be a bit more comfy too.

I arrived at 2:15 and ordered a Lavender Earl Gray latte TO GO. I did not receive my TO GO order until 3:00. It did not taste good at all, as the milk was overheated and the tea had been steeped way too long. I have had better from Starbucks. I can understand having a busy restaurant, but when one of the main points of a premium cafe is a quick, tasty drink, XO Cafe falls very short on service and taste.

Tried this place on a whim while heading home from visiting family. Very glad that I did. They have large portions of great food. The unique menu provides something a bit different from the typical, which is nice. If I lived in the area I would be a repeat customer.

This place is cute. It is quiet and staff are really friendly. Coffee is great.

me and my girlfriend and a friend just randomly found a place to eat and it just happend to be the xo coffee company we walked in and the small and quiet restraunt is a great place for reading a book or just sitting down and enjoying a meal with friends the food was absolutly amazing and not that pricey would definatly recommend if i could give this place 10 stars Iwould

A great combination of upscale Plano-style restaurant and turn of the century coffeehouse. Both the food (I had the vegetarian artichoke toast-yum) and coffee were really good.

Update: On my second visit I enjoyed the exquisite pasta Bolognese with a wonderful iced black tea. The pasta dish does not appear to be on the online menu.

A variety of tables and counters available for your electronic perusing and possibly <gasp> analog needs. I highly recommend.

A bit too loud to have a business phone call, but nice place in old downtown Plano.

Good coffee, creative menu and options for the kids too. All I've had is a coffee so far, but I will go back.

Stopped in for an iced coffee and a sweet treat the other week. What a pleasant surprise!

XO has a totally different vibe than the other coffeehouse in downtown Plano and I think both are going to do really well. XO is set up to work - lots of plug-ins and tables arranged for conversations, meetings or just sitting and working.

My iced coffee was delicious! No milk or sweetener needed - it was incredibly smooth. The best part? The barista (Ian) took time to get to know us, made recommendations and gave us a taster before we decided what we wanted.

This is an A++ spot!!

Delicious Dirty Chai Latte and moist pumpkin bread, loved the atmosphere!

They tried hard and failed. If you order 2 coffees, 1 chocolate and a piece of cake, you get coffees. In 5 minutes you get chocolate. In other 5 minutes you get cake. Just in time when your coffees are ice cold and almost finished. AC system is awkward. Layout sucks. Coffee is not that bad though

Gave this place three tries. First time we got watered down lattes, we didn't try the food so I gave them a second chance. second time they took about 45 mins to bring out food, third time (wasn't by choice, I was meeting people here) they never brought our food, saw us sitting there for 30 minutes and then when we asked about the status of our breakfast they said the ticket never printed in the back.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Plano, and we are coffee snobs so we were trying to find a staple coffee house that wasn t a Starbucks/Dunkin etc. We walked in and were welcomed with smiles from the staff. We both ordered mochas and we were hungry so we thought we would try the burrito with sausage, cheese and potatoes. I ll admit I doubted that the food would be good, because sometimes coffee shops focus so much on the coffee the food falls short. But I was very wrong, the food was amazing. I almost ordered another one, we loved it, the sausage was flavorful and the potatoes had a seasoning on them that was perfect, and the coffee was amazing. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, everyone was very nice, and the food and coffee was perfect. Couldn t ask for better. I will be back.

This is my favorite place, hands down! Aside from the ambience, which is a relaxing combo of hip and classy, the food and coffee are so so good! When I went to Paris, I used to have fresh pastries every morning at a local Patisserie. The pastries here remind me of that.

Just went here for the first time and I will definitely become a regular! Great customer service, environment and delicious coffee. 5/5 for sure!

Not one bite was bad. Omg that was the most delicious breakfast We ve ever had. For at least 3 months We ve been to a lot of places and none of them can compare to Tony s cooking . The staff was just as great as the food; I just don t understand why people would go there just to get coffee which is awesome as well... cause everything is really made with love

The service was lovely and it is a cute little place. I will say that I am a big fan of migas in general but I have never had migas with mushrooms... I'm sure if you like mushrooms it's for you but unfortunately I do not and they were chopped up so finely that picking them out was not an option which resulted in throwing them away once I got home. The menu does not give a disruption detailing the use of mushrooms

I really appreciate this place. The people who work here are most excellent. It could use more air-conditioning. It was a little warm for me and having coffee, will you know what I mean.

Not a bad experience. Friendly staff. But a suggestion to the manager: problem with food happens to anybody. I often find some fruit in my own kitchen with moldy spots particularly organic food. But if a customer pointed out that a bowl of berries had a few moldy ones in there, it may not be the best response to just apologize and take the bowl away. I would replace it with another bowl or something else. Just a suggestion... otherwise we enjoyed our experience.

The drinks are always amazing when I go there and the staff is always so nice. It's a great place to have brunch with friends or just get a cup of coffee on the go. I've already recommended this to multiple of friends.

Delightful staff. Great variety in food choices. The chicken soup was amazing. My husband loved the eggs Benedict. Iced lattes were good as well! Next time I'll try the eggless breakfast tacos!

Awesome atmosphere, very relaxing. I had the iced latte with Carmel. It was very creamy and smooth.

I've only had their coffee but I think it's pretty good. I usually get a cappuccino or cortado and they are always good. The reason I wouldn't give a five stars is because I have had better coffee for the same price in Dallas. I do frequent xo because it's closer to me. I like bringing friends here. It has a cozy atmosphere.

Branding is cool but I want to like it more. Just feels like it falls flat on how cool it should be in terms of quality of food, drink and staff.

Weird and janky. The interior design and overall aesthetic and branding just screams cheesy and illegitimate. The coffee was okay, but not as good as it should be for a place that seems to being attempting something resembling a coffee shop.

Ordered the Pumpkin Latte and couldn't drink more than two sips it tasted so horrible. Kitchen was out of multiple items and had to adjust my order twice. I had to ask for water and silverware multiple times. For a $40 breakfast I expected better. :(

Went for breakfast and everything was really good. The latte wasn't too sweet and the omelet was good. The only issue I had with the omelet was that the cheese was cubed instead of grated so it didn't melt to the egg it just stayed a cube. Otherwise everything was great!

Em did a great job providing our service. It's a tad pricey but it's what you'd expect in downtown Plano. Might see us again some time.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! My wife and I decided to grab coffee here a month ago and fell in love with it. Owners are extremely friendly, Baristas are awesome and the coffee is delicious. Definitely a place to check out if you're in Plano.

Nice cozy place with great coffee and fresh food. I had the blueberry waffles, and it seems to be made from scratch. I recommend this spot for breakfast and coffee.

Went there with my friend today for the first time. My vanilla latte was gross didn t even taste like vanilla and my carnivore omelet was borderline burnt and when it says cheese it means on the side not on the omelet. My friends omelet was not appetizing and her daughters pancakes were burnt and she didn t eat them and her fruit did not appear fresh. Pricey also would ve been better off going to Denny s. Workers were nice however.

Love the atmosphere here. Sunday morning they even had an acoustic guitarist/singer. Coffee choices good. Breakfast was yummy.

Without a doubt the best tasting black coffee I've ever had. The rogue espresso bean blew my mind. The food is excellent. I wasn't expecting food of that caliber from a coffee shop.

My go to place when I want something different for breakfast.

Ordered iced mocha.... Got this.. (see picture).. My fault for not noticing it I guess... Went in trash...... 3-star for customer service though...when i called to complain and person on the other end was apologetic.
