Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando Review

Great rooms, service and location. The gym was a little lacking... but it is a hotel.

Nice atmosphere and the food was good. The only thing that bugged me is that your valet validation is only reduced and not comped completely if you eat and drink there.

Nice ambiance throughout the interior of the hotel. The bathroom lighting was outdated.

Outside, some riff raff at night right outside the main entrance.

One night, the fire alarm went off. The whole hotel evacuated at 1.30a. Mgmt of the hotel didn't communicate well. Just saw a mass of people walking toward me to go back in. Guess that was the indicator to return to our rooms.

Beautiful! Great hotel. Only bad thing was that the bathroom did not have a fan

Alexa went above and beyond to make my stay here amazing. She is an asset to the Marriott group and I will be booking with them again because of this. Samantha and Angel were in assistant to my stay and I thank all of them.

This hotel is A plus all around. The pool and views are stunning. Drenched in red velvet, the interiors are to die for. Everything from the live jazz (local University jazz professors strut their stuff here often), the menu (it's sooo good) to the detail and opulence of the rooms make it my favorite hotel in the area. It's also centrally located to absolutely everything in the downtown area. Don't miss the opportunity if you get a chance to stay here.

I can safely say this is my favorite Marriott property in the Orlando area. Having stayed at the majority of full-service Marriott hotels in Orlando and the surrounding area, this is one of the few which is not classified by Marriott as a resort. The service from all of the staff I encountered was excellent. Rooms were a good size and clean, bathrooms were nice though a little bit dated. The mattress was one of the most comfortable I have experienced at a hotel in a long time. The location is great and within walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend the Grand Bohemian and will definitely be back in the future.

You can't beat Autograph Collection. Unique, not cookie cutter, and service usually is top notch. This isn't the best Autograph, but it is the best in Orlando, for the best Marriott Autograph I'd say Hotel Park City Utah and The Lexington in NYC take the cake (Both worth a visit for the property themselves)

Went for the $50 brunch and while the food was good, the service was HORRIFIC. They were not even that busy. Waiters are simply refilling waters and mimosas and I had to get up and walk to them twice and ask for water. They also had slight attitudes about it. I'm not going back to this.

Rooms were beautiful, staff was courteous and friendly, located very conveniently downtown.

There for lunch. Food was wonderful. Staff was great.

Looooove this place! Gorgeous hotel, great service and wonderful restaurant/lounge. It s Uber comfortable and welcoming, and I always feel at home when I do local staycations just for fun on the weekend. They do have some suites with jacuzzi tubs which is a nice touch. I highly recommend staying here if you are coming downtown.

Awesome hotel, bar and Resturant surrounded by a lively town

There's a bunch of people who will come up to you if you walk around nearby. Sketchy place. I would not feel safe walking outside here at night alone. Definitely make sure you are traveling in a pack.

Always the best service great for dinner and for business meetings. Will stay again and again.

Horrible experience for my entire stay for my wedding weekend. So glad the we did not use this place as the venue. The entire staff has communication issues. I will say the valet team were awesome!! They were the only plus to my experience with this hotel. If your a bride and want 5 star service I would seriously avoid this place. Not once did I ever receive any apologies from management for any of their many screw ups including waking me up at 3am the day before my wedding because they misplaced instructions to let a bridesmaid in her room. Or cancelling one of my reservations then double double charging me for their screw up. Avoid the headache I have received better customer service at days inn.

Excellent Starbucks, nice service, expensive artwork. Lobby bathrooms were a bit dirty for some reason but real nice otherwise.

Dined at the restaurant and it is one of my favorites. Can't go wrong with tje Sea Bass or Lamb!

Valet was courteous. Welcoming and answered all questions to the best of their ability. Scenery look fabulous and felt warming

Awesome hotel with awesome service. Great amenities and friendly staff. A lot of interesting artwork throughout the hotel. Didn't get much chance to explore as I was staying there for a work conference. The conference room area was great and had really comfortable chairs. Starbucks located inside the hotel lobby a plus.

The location is great as it has a decent amount of sights to see, a downstairs restaurant and an attached Starbucks. We happened to come at a time a music festival was happening, so it was fun to see it going on outside. The rooms are very nice and clean. They are equipped with comfy beds, a TV and nice furniture. It has a cooler, but it's full of products the hotel wants to push along with a rack on the desk dedicated to food items. Items this place offers are very pricey as a convince price. Make sure to try to bring your own beverages and snacks beforehand so you aren't making your bill sizable.

I went for their Sunday Jazz Brunch and had a grand time. The food was delicious and bottomless mimosas was the best treat.

Just went for drinks in their lobby/ bar. Exceptionally beautiful and delicious menu.

This is an amazing place to host an event. The coordinator Chrissy Stephen is amazing responds quick and super sweet.

We attended a beautiful wedding there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was perfect.

For the price I thought the rooms would be a little nicer, maybe a nicer bathroom, but really you are paying for the amenities like a nice bar and restaurant and for the location, which is great.

Hotel itself and staff are nice. Have to rate it low because of how much everyone around the hotel are gigantic a**holes. Good luck getting to sleep when every 20 min there's extremely loud revving and music played so loud it shook 8th floor windows. Up to and including 4am. On all weeknights. Then you get other hotel guests speaking as loud as they can throughout the halls.

I picked this hotel for my friend s bachelorette specifically for the pool. When we arrived nobody helped us with our baggage then we were told the pool was closed for a private event at check in. When we checked out my card was over charged more then $400. I was expecting a luxurious experience for the price I paid & my expectations were not met whatsoever.

I've stayed here several times. Excellence in service from valet to room service, to front desk. Two restaurants and bars on site with a superb menu. Great location and good prices for the value. Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and offer great views above the 4th floor. Pool on the premises with ample space for relaxing.

Everything at this place is pricey (parking, food, amenities, the room), but it is a great stay. Had our wedding night here and the host upgraded us for free to an awesome suite since it was our wedding night. Second time here now for our two year anniversary and it has been great. The room service breakfast is also a bit pricey but has been delicious both times. I love how you can just fill out a menu and put it on the door the night before. Very convenient.

One lady at the front desk definitely did not seem friendly when I called today, though. She seemed terse and somewhat rude. I wish I knew her name, as she could learn some better PR skills for being at the front desk.

This is such a cool hotel. We often stay at Autograph Hotels and this one is very nice. It is located at Church St Orlando. There is no shortage of entertainment here. The hotel has a nice restaurant and a fantastic bar. There is a Wine Room and a Starbucks .
Kudos Marriott.

Really enjoyed our stay here about a year ago. The atmosphere and art is absolutely amazing. Beds are huge and comfortable! Even have a quality music system playing as you enter the room. Bar food wasn t a highlight in my opinion. However, I still loved this place and it s vibe!

I've only been here for apps and drinks. Love the bacon.

Always great brunch is pricey I would give it 5 stars if there were a bar and service at the pool .

Clean hotel, fast check in. Thin walls, the guests next door were loud and kept me up most of the night. The were asked to keep it down, but had little effect. I would not stay here again.

Rooms where nice and clean and they provided a decent room bar.

Wonderful experience at a beautiful hotel. Only complaint, they didn't tell us when breakfast would end, so we missed out and elevators were a long wait. We waited over ten minutes and finally rode one up and then back down. Other than that, it was clean, quiet and everyone was super friendly.

Great location to the downtown life. Rooms are roomy. But don't like valet only. Self parking is my favorite.

The hotel is beautiful, has nice vibes, the brunch is really good, the people that work there is wonderful, the only problem is the pool too hot the water the owners should invest in a cooling system, that would make a difference, but otherwise is clean and great, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Came for drinks after a wedding--the server seemed to forget we were there.

Nice hotel, room wasn't too neat. All the drawars were pulled out and cushion of the sofa was flipped up when I arrived.

Highly recommend NOT staying here. Very awful experience. At our ridiculously late check-in of 4pm, our room wasn't ready and we were told we had to go to a different room. In the evening, we had a noise disturbance call on our room (Saturday night downtown, btw) which prompted us to quickly quiet down. At checkout I was charged $160 since the hotel claimed they had to "reimburse" the person who called the complaint in. This was after the security guards were very friendly and told us that we were okay. Not to mention that the other guest was screaming in the hallway and being louder than we ever were. On top of it all, the room was very old and dirty. The couch was stained, the coffee machine was dirty, and the whole place was outdated. Way too expensive for the quality. Warning to any potential patrons, they also charge about $360 in authorization charges and there is a mandatory $29 daily valet charge.

It was my moms birthday and being from the ft lauderdale area we made last minute reservations on a Saturday night for a party of 7, let me tell you, the ambiance was EVERYTHING. There was a pianist who played all the latest songs and it was oh so awesome. Then there was the food, OMG the food was AMAZING!!!! I recently got braces and am unable to eat certain things and could only have soft foods so I got the Mediterranean Salmon (the waiter was awesome in describing all the dishes btw) Everyone's dish was DELICIOUS! Unbelievable delicious for a last minute deal. I am soooo happy at how well we were treated and how good the food was! I would definitely recommend paying this restaurant a visit if you are ever in the Orlando area.

Stayed here for a wedding in downtown orlando, location was great -- very easy to get around. The hotel was well appointed and the staff was friendly.

The hotel has interesting art work throughout and creates a hip cosmopolitan vibe. It's also where most visiting NBA teams stay when they are visiting the Magic.

nice hotel and great service. It is quite a noisy hotel located around the corner.
