Tom our tour guide provided an interesting 2 hours of information. We will have to return next year to see the finished interior. A lovel peaceful site and great to see after our morning tour of The Martin House in Buffalo.

At this particular time I works forgo visiting Greycliff as it is being renovated. There is very little to see right now. Walls are down to bare lathe, the wooden floors have been taken out to be redone. You can't go on the second floor. Dave the $18 admission until it is finished.

We had a wonderful and interesting guided tour of this hidden Frank Lloyd Wright gem. A very short trip from Buffalo. Beautiful views of lake Erie. Wright made interesting use of the local materials like the limestone for the house walls. Especially good handling of water and drainage along with slow sand water purification and a massive integrated water tank. Very cool.

What a wonderful addition to our travel itinerary! A chance to see an unusual piece of FLW's work up close and personal. Must also see the house in the city, but the open-air experience of Graycliff shouldn't be missed.

Beautifully restored summer home of the Martin family from the 20's/30's. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgable. If you're in the area with a couple spare hours and want a little glimpse into modern American history, I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend for the Wright fan! Our tour was the 2hr extended tour and showed both floors, the grounds and the garage and apartment. Our guide was Tom who was just awesomely informative and knowledgeable. He gave factual history and even his own thoughts and opinions. They have a great and well provisioned gift shop as well. I was last at Greycliff many years ago and tons has been done and still more to do including the restoration of the tennis court. Overall a really wonderful tour!

It's a beautifully restored Wright building, buildings, actually, in a gorgeous setting, demonstrating his principle of integrating architecture and setting. As a summer retreat in a then rural location, it is simple and light, compared to the Martin's city home, yet sophisticated in layout and detail. We've toured before, before and during the restoration: the docents know their stuff--architecture and Martin family history. It's a great complement to a tour of the Darwin Martin house or for its own sake.

Fantastic setting. I was able to once again step back in time. Thank you Wright Conservancy for working so hard to save and restore An American gem by an American architect. Thank Mr. Wright!

This was an unique Frank Lloyd Wright experience. Beautiful property but currently under lots of renovations. Would love to see how the place originally looked. Take the trees down by the cliffs and please include a walk to see down to the water on the tour.

Beautiful place and so happy it's being restored! Tour was a little longer than I felt up to, and there is no place to sit down for folks who have a difficult time being on their feet for a while. Well worth the visit !

Grounds have been nicely landscaped in front. House is under reconstruction. From the outside it doesn't look much like a FLW design. Might give it a higher rating after the construction is complete.

Frank Lloyd wright dialled down to a livable residence. If you have thought that his other structures lacked a certain tolerance for their human habitants, this cottage redresses the balance somewhat.
