Excellent customer service. Beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. My daughter's wedding party...all had a lovely time. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The manager, Giancarlo, was so attentive and Sue, at the front desk, was a big help, as was the housekeeping staff. They found the clothes we left hanging in the closet! That would have been upsetting to lose. The restaurant was great, I only wish we had time to enjoy Sunday brunch...it looked wonderful. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience.

It's a dark theme similar to the W hotel, the rooms seem a bet old, but surprisingly the TV's were big and new... The bathrooms, needs too be refurbished, too old. The food is great, the menu is not accurate on times.

Terrible customer service. No towels at the pool and security is a joke. $25 for valet parking but nothing special about the hotel. We will be parking at a lot close by for the remainder of the stay because I repeat Nothing special about this hotel. We can't even store our water in the fridge because it charge you for putting anything on the fridge and taking it out will charge us. Not very accommodating. .

Amazing hotel! This hotel is definitely better than the average hotel. The best part is the great pool. The pool has fountains and a great view of downtown Orlando. The concierge lounge is also great and a great place to relax at. The buffet in the lobby is pricey but a great treat.

Wonderful hotel and staff. The rooms are beautifully done and spacious. Top notch spa service and products for sale. I stay here every time I am in Orlando for business. In room dining and restaurant options are good. Interesting menu items in both restaurants. The artwork throughout the halls and in the rooms are a nice touch.

I went to the fifth floor of the grand Bohemian for an event. The atmosphere is very relaxing and artisanal. I especially enjoyed the abundance origional art placed throught out the floor. As well, the staff was pleasant and professional. Overall, I'd like to go back there for another event in the future.

The Grand Bohemian, Downtown Orlando, FL.
Oh my word, this venue is perfect for the red-bottom wearing, Yves Saint Laurent carrying, Gucci loving couple that loves being on top of the world. This sexy venue is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando with a fancy rooftop location.

Fancy hotel, but don t count on getting any sleep. City street drag racing went on all night. Noise level was awful! Didn t get 10 minutes sleep all night, after traveling in from Seattle. Canceled the remainder of our planned stay. Won t be back, and cannot recommend. Would give zero stars, if possible. This is a shame, because Bohemian is a nice hotel. Nighttime decibel level from city street drag racing ruins your stay. A disappointment, because we were looking forward to our stay at this high-end property.

Very nice hotel in great location with friendly service. Beds and pillows are super comfy A few issues though. Walls are paper thin in connecting rooms. Heard my neighbors all evening. No water is provided to guests. Not even to Platinums. After a long ride this is annoying. Also, valet is $30 including tax. Insanity. Other than this I recommend the hotel.

Rooms were nothing special and not what we asked for. We called to get our room on the phone and we asked for a room with a jacuzzi, the man on the phone said they have a few left and told us we were good to go and even repeated back to us what room we had(one with a jacuzzi). We got to the hotel and told the man at the front desk that we had reservations. He asked for the last name then even told us our room was one with a jacuzzi. When we got up to our room we put our stuff down and started to look around for the jacuzzi, when we couldn't find it we called the front desk to ask where it was and they said we didn't asked for a room with one and that they never told us we had one but still charged us for a room with a jacuzzi. Was very disappointed and couldn't believe they would tell us on two different occasions we had a jacuzzi room and then try to deny it.

Service was exceptional!! Andrew handled my check-in and out as well as answered questions and gave directions. He is so nice!!! I think he remembers every guest name he checks in. Valet guys were great as well. I left my glasses in my car and one of the guys went and got them for me like it was no big deal. Bar service was great restaurant food (I had room service) was great too. Decor and room is a bit outdated. Could use a refresh, especially the desk chair. BUT they are giving guests robes back in the rooms which I really love. I would definitely go back.

The waitress was unorganized and unprofessional. I couldn't even tell you her name from the introduction she made to the table. Usually I ask if I don't hear one, but she didn't even approach me for my order. When asked if she would bring another menu to the table of 10, she said there's one Right there , the 1 of 2 that we had. I asked a different server who brought the drinks over who in turn just gave the waitress my order. Another 10mins later I walk up to the bar to retrieve my own drink. At the end of the night she asked who's beer it was, and brought the check to my back. When I handed it to her to pay she brought it back and left it behind my back again with no good bye words of thank you for coming or have a good night. I let the manager know she was doing a great job picking up the slack considering I saw her take our checks, bus a table, and the an order at the bar after the rush was gone. She didn't appreciate the compliment and instead still praised her staff for being great. My whole table explained their reasons besides mine for why the staff was incompetent. Her reply was "did she get the checks right though" as if she only needs her waitresses to understand how a computer works. I've worked restaurant industry for many years and this was the worst service and management I've seen. You actually want customers back, not continue to push them away.

Why stay anywhere else but an autograph collection hotel?! And the Grand Bohemian is no exception. It has the perfect blend of originality and class. The staff is amazing and the bar/restaurant makes you wonder why you need to leave the premises. Awesome stay and we'll see you again in 2 weeks.

Beautiful hotel, love the rooms, art gallery, and Starbucks. I only have two "complaints" that I wish were different: the hidden charges and pool.

I was unknowingly charged for a lot of things I wasn't told cost extra with the stay. One was using the fridge, I put food in and didn't take any out, but was still charged. The valet parking also costs extra, which I was unaware about because getting your car parked by the valet is the only way to park at the hotel. I was also charged for things I'm still not sure about. Not to mention they take out an extra $100 out of your bank when you pay for your room without warning, and it takes a few days to reimburse you back.

The pool was closed all Saturday due to a wedding, and I wasn't informed. Part of the payment goes toward the pool, so I would've liked to take advantage on such a hot day.

Very eclectic mix of traditional great service and art. Love the valet and Starbucks! This has the only Starbucks in the area and makes this an awesome hotel overall. They have a great bar and menu next door in the hotel as well.

Let me start by saying that my wife and I stayed here in our honeymoon night 18 years ago. It was a breath taking hotel that was extremely posh. We have been trying to get back in the hotel on anniversaries every since. However, the $250+ a night price has deterred us from doing so. We were very excited when we say an amazing deal on the hotel with one of the popular apps. We snatched it and a planned a little kid free getaway for the weekend. Unfortunately, I m afraid it has been losing its stars over the past 18 years. When we arrived, the behind the counter acted as if we were a bother and was interrupting whatever she was doing at then time we arrived. It was noticeable to the other staff that the lady next to her smiled with an embarrassed look on her face and offered both my wife and I a bottle of water.

When we arrived to the room, it looked just like it did 18 years ago... with about 18 years of dust on our a/c return and our bathroom looked like it had not even been cleaned. Our furniture in the room looked like it had about 18 years of stains on it. It was so bad that we were scared to sit on any of it.

On a positive note, the beds were super comfortable and the staff the next morning were very friendly.

My point, I would have been very upset if I had paid the normal asking rate for our stay. It is definitely not worth it. You would be better off staying at a plush hotel in other parts of Orlando if you re paying full rate.

On wednsday my significant other returned to Orlan...

On wednsday my significant other returned to Orlando after being away in the military for over a year. It was our one and only night to ourselves before returning to our homes and families. On top of that, it was also a very special day because it was also our anniversary. We had booked a room at the grand bohemian hotel almost a month in advance. When arriving we were met by the surprise that there was a check in policy of 21 years of age or older. We were then sent to another hotel where we would have a discounted rate or some kind of accomodation for our inconvenience. The hotel was about 20 minutes away with traffic. We then missed our first dinner reservation. When we arrived at the second hotel. That hotel also had the same check in policy. The staff at that hotel sent us over to another hotel. They did not care to even check if they had a room or could make accomodations for our inconvenience. We then called the third hotel, the man was not concerned woth our situation. We then contacted the marriott number in which the woman on the phone was very helpful to set us a room at the third hotel. We then missed our second reservation we made incase we missed the first and proceeded to the hotel later that night where we met the same person we spoke to on the phone. He continued to have an unappealing attitude and failed to communicate some things about the hotel such as ammenities, time of check out, etc.

In conclusion, we agree that NO PERSON should have to endure this kind of stress on vacation, or ANY occasion for that matter whether you are 18 years of age or 21 years of age or older. NO PERSON should have the NEED to contact a corporate official just to find professionalism, understandment, and concern. It is very sad to know that Marriott is a company of poor service and managment and that the only way to have anyone be concerned of your issues is if you contact a higher offical. That night not only did we waste a lot of gas driving around trying to find the hotels, we wasted a lot of our patience and energy trying to stay positive and enjoying our day, but most of all, we wasted our time and our special day dealing with unnecessary and avoidable inconviniences due to the Marriott staff. We spent our one and only day we had to ourselves, our anniversary, being mislead. We ended up with a mediocre non romantic/luxurious hotel(Which was actually the only reason we chose The Bohemian Hotel in the first place). We missed both of our reservations at a 5 star brazilian steakhouse and were left in complete exhaustion after an entire waste of a day that we fell asleep less than an hour after checking into our room.

We just want to give our personal thanks to Marriott for ruining our entire anniversary and wasting our day. Not to mention the ONLY day we got alone before my significant other has to return to his family and then to another state in return of his leave. We are both assured that neither of us or any of our family members or friends will ever be staying with this company ever again.

We also want to let the Marriott company know that if there is anything to take away from this review it is that we hope you will ensure and instate communication and professionalism as a key component to your facilities. Orlando, Fl is one of the worlds top touristic destinations and while we have had the luxury to live in and experience what Orlando has to offer, most of your guests do not. We can only hope that no other guest ESPECIALLY a tourist or someone traveling for buisness purposes, would ever have to endure the amount of stress and inconveniences we experienced wednsday night.

Quiet room, super comfy bed. There's a Starbucks downstairs that is super convenient. Only complaint was the elevator required a room key, even to go to the pool floor and that the only parking was valet.

Worst customer service at a "4 star hotel". Late room check-ins, charged extra for things we didn't use, we canceled an extra room before cancelation deadline and still was charged full amount of the room, plus they rebooked the room and made double the revenue. Management needs new training!

Too often, high end hotels disappoint. I'm happy to report that the Grand Bohemian might be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. This is not a Marriott with a higher price. The unique decor, artwork, and excellent service checked all of the boxes for me. Would definitely stay again.

I was there for a Technology Vendor event. Breakfast was great, staff was great, and the amenities were nice. My only issue was lack of preparation with the hotels sound system. The staff had to fiddle with it to get it right.

All in all I will definitely look into this place when in Orlando again.

The Kessler line up within the Autograph Collectio...

The Kessler line up within the Autograph Collection is a nice sub-brand. The properties are funkier Renaissance in design and decor, with an emphasis on art. This was my 3rd GrandBo (Asheville and Charleston). There were some hiccups, but overall a good stay and a property to which I would return, because the staff did a great job of addressing the hiccups.

I got there early on check in day, and understandably they didn t have the full complement of rooms available yet. They were full so I was able to be upgraded. I chose to take a room right away as opposed to waiting. This meant I received a room that frankly shouldn t be a rentable room. Near the elevator, and with a window set up that can only be described as prison-like, resulting in a big stretch of wall where the window should have been. Otherwise the room was serviceable, but the impact of the weird window was claustrophobic.

Everything else was just slightly off. The shower head created a stray spray of water that went right outside the shower, meaning a wet bathroom floor. The several lights didn t produce enough light to offset the gloominess of the room. The layout of outlets was terrible. The desk chair sat too low and the control to raise the seat of the chair didn t work.

And I was awakened by a rhythmic pounding coming up through the floor at about 5:45am, which persisted on and off for about 45 minutes. This was the thing that caused me to have a chat with the front desk about the room. And this is where the staff saved this stay for me. They said there hadn t been any work being done that night, but immediately asked me if I wanted to switch to a different room. They made this happen and the new room was fine (same bad wall outlet options, though).

I don t expect everything to be perfect all the time. The key for me is how to deal with issues when they do arise. The staff at the GrandBo were friendly, professional, and results oriented. They did a super job helping me with the couple issues I had.

Very gorgeous hotel in a pretty good location. they have a lounge downstairs and a Starbucks. I thought the valet was far pricier than it needed to be (anywhere from 15-21 even if you re only there for an hour). the hotel is gorgeous but I find that to be outrageous, as other hotels in the area have complementary parking and valet. That put a sour taste in my mouth from the get go, especially considering that I was under the impression it would be $15.

Staff great throughout the hotel. The room had issues....curtains coming off their fasteners, stains on the furniture, paint from recent room refresh on the bathroom tiles, bath tiles chipped/worn, and no coffee pot....it was missing. Concierge loung great for breakfast but sorely lacking in the evening....no snacks, no bar, no music, no staff....the list goes on. The hotel bar was very good and priced right for the venue....once again great staff.

We recently stayed at the Grand Bohemian and it was great. From the moment we drove up and met the valet to the check in process at the front desk. Everyone was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our room was beautiful and had a nice view to the east. Since we were in a concierge room we also indulged in sodas and a few waters and snacks from the fridge in the lounge. There was a nice breakfast the next morning as well. If you are going to see a concert at the Amway this is the best place to stay in my opinion. From walking out of our room to the Amway front door took us maybe 15 minutes. There is also a really nice pool and restaurant at the hotel too.
