Enjoyed our April stay here. The evening meals are sublime. The staff very professional.

Particularly liked the private areas you could reserve by the pool and lower terrace.

Also just 30 rooms so never too busy.

Stunningly converted spanish country house and restaurant from a converted olive press.

The views from the hill top location are incredible.

To be perfect they need to:

1. heat the pool.
2. Serve consistently good coffee - it was good and bad depending on time of day.
3. Improve the lunch food.
