We loved every day spent there and only tried once to eat and swim outside the hotel. All you need in one place. Huge area and high altitude difference between locations within the hotel area. Many lifts make it easy to move around, though you need two to three days to get used to the many sites and find your ways. In the evening you can pick a dinner location from several restaurants. We tried all and were delighted in all of them. The rooms a clean and comfortable, you will only spend the night there anyway. We were there with a 1 year old baby and were really well accommodated. There is a kids pool, where we met many other parents. You can get food delivered to the pool, which was comfortable. The gym was very nice.

This is simply the best five star hotel we have ever stayed at. We've been twice now and I honestly couldn't contemplate not giving it an unqualified recommendation. The facilities and service are top-notch. I really can't wait to visit again.

We spend ~2weeks there in Oktober and had the most wonderful time.

The hotel is a huge complex, made of little to medium buildings that sum up to a spanish village. There are couple of pools and a direct path to the publich beach in front of the hotel.

There are lots of restaurants and we could not get enough of them. The main buffet restaurant offers different theme food evenings with a huge variety and quality. Outstanding from our perspective was the dessert menu - the chefs did great there.

To complete the restaurant part - please, if you love food, dont just stay in the buffet restaurant and have a look and the other ones. We especially loved the mexican restaurant, the SUA grill restaurant and the marketplace restaurant. The food there is in our oppinion even one touch better than in the buffet restaurant - give it a try and you wont be disappointed!

The hotel itself is one of the "leading hotels of the world" and they had everything about that in their DNA. The hotel is top notch, the staff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, smiling and helpful. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

To sum it up - 10 / 10 experience. Definitly a place to come back.

Magnificent hotel complex. Exceptionally original in its construction. I have been able to see some rooms and have attended an event (wedding) held in their facilities. The food very rich, the tables beautiful, the attention of the staff very good. The only thing that did not seem right was that they made them walk up from the dinner area to the disco area. In addition, the disco area is more equipped for the hot days as it was in particular.

Family and spectacular hotel, thousands of places to be discovered for oneself. But the best is the team there ahead of the host and especially highlight the work of receptionists and Hector de las Casas Ducales and staff of the restaurant El Bernegal highlighting Manuel Reyes us great deal. The unbeatable experience. highly recommended

Bahia Del Duque is a brilliant hotel for families. There are lots of attractions near the hotel and they have lots of restaurants. They also have 5 pools (4 Adults and 1 childrens) overall an amazing hotel. I highly recommend it!

Huge area, several pools (including a saltwater pool), fast access to the beach, shopping nearby. The service and the friendliness of the staff are unparalleled. We were here for a corporate anniversary for four days and personally I would book again anytime. The only drawback is the somewhat outdated decor in some rooms - this could be brought up to date with the help of an interior designer.

A top hotel with outstanding looks and quality. The bell tower of the Bahia del Duque is widely visible as a landmark. The hillside location of the hotel should be good on foot, or you can use the free golf cart service.

Wide spaces between rooms, very quiet, ideal for rest and release stress, good treatment of staff, great food in restaurants! Several different areas of stays, the hotel, the Ducal Houses and the Villas.

Just wonderful. The architecture of the hotel is very nice because it integrates the pool, the various buildings in a small village bucolic. The staff is always very attentive and the kids loved the kids club. The accommodation, the location, and the access to the beach are just sublime.
We will definitely come back

Wow, one of the best high end experiences I have ever had. high quality hotel with good staff. beautiful grounds. good food. the one problem we had (ants) was dealt with so fast and professionally that even that can be a plus. beautiful complex with lots of rooms. the family villas are a bit far from the main area so I would recommend a suit in the main area near all the pools and the private beach. you might need a car since not much to do near the hotel!

Without hesitation, a luxury hotel, a quality service, both in rooms, and in restoration. The facilities are spacious, the spa a pleasure. If you can get away, do not think about it. Ideal for a romantic weekend. Or a week of relaxation.

It is still a fantasy, something unique that marked the constructive style of the hotels in the south of Tenerife and in the rest of the world. Nothing is the same in details and quality of finishes. A dream world that you have to know how to wake up when we leave the Hotel. Unhappily the service, with young staff and scholarship is not too professional, although the smiles and good will of young people compensate. The restaurants, except for the tavern ... leave something to be desired. It pays for sleep and fantasy. The beach and its chiringuito where you can enjoy well presented dishes and reasonable price, is another perfect place except weekends.

luxury hotel, rooms are a little tired, but the territory and service are beyond praise, the food is very diverse: a large selection of meat, fish, snacks, sweets, fruits. A magnificent beach (municipal, chaise lounges for a fee) in the closed pier bay.

For us one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, we have been four times over several years and can only report positively about this hotel. The rooms are well equipped, there are many pools an incredibly extensive hotel complex with many levels, sitting areas, small gardens with seating and so on. The location of the hotel is first class the service and the quality of the food and offers at the level you would expect! Especially in Casas Ducales with private area and very personal service!

Excellent family hotel, really loved it.

Excellent family hotel, really loved it.
Kids club is wonderful and we used an excellent British nanny agency called Mini Amigos Nannies, who were just fantastic. Highly recommend the resort. Food fantastic, location excellent, service and staff were outstanding.
The only down side was the mini disco was 9pm which was far late for our daughter and the entertainment was 10pm.
other than that we loved it and already booked for April!

Top beach and top place to eat delicious food. Slightly more expensive than the other beaches of Tenerife Sur but definitely worth it. Also nice shopping center nearby and La Hacienda is a wonderful place to eat and have a drink.

Perfect combination between luxury and good taste.
Price prohibitive, but the forbidden is always more fun.
Excellent meal.
30.- taxi from the Reina Sofia Tenerife South airport and 20 minutes away.

Beautiful hotel. Arranged like a small village.

Beautiful hotel. Arranged like a small village.

However the kids club is targeted at very young ones and 9+. Our 7 & 8 year old boys found it too babyish.

Also the only pool of suitable depth for children (1.25m) has nowhere to sit to keep an eye on them. There is a lifeguard but they are present for approximately 25% of the time so cannot be relied upon to keep little ones safe.

Also our rooms (adjoining rooms in the clock tower block) had a musty smell that would not go away. We were on the 3rd floor so I suspect the smell originated from the drains or the air conditioning.

Having said that the restaurants are very good and the staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.

It could be a really fabulous hotel but it feels a little tired and neglected and is probably better for couples than families.

For the price, I don't think we will return here. It is rather expensive.

Well, we were advised by a local couple we met on another beach, many people, African vendors bothering all the time selling all kinds of fruit drinks etc. in the water a lot of current. I did not like there are many better beaches in Tenerife
