We are Russians and we were in the ducal houses and "the Russian receptionist" is very bad mannered, she did not know how to solve the problems we had during our stay at the hotel.

a little out dated but none the less one of the nicest hotels/villages I have stayed in perfect for both families or couples there is so much space and many private areas, the only words I have to describe the spa is life changing a must visit if you are staying in the hotel. if I was to have something negative to say it is that the staff do not all have very good English but the managers all do and its Spain so you can t expect everyone to speak English. wifi was very good in the rooms

Excellent hotel, very large in area and spread out with gardens, pool areas etc. It is also built on seven levels, I would not recommend it for someone who is not mobile or reasonably fit. Food is very good, with wide range of different tastes. The staff are very attentive and numerous. A good experience, after you have found your way around.
