I can t believe to leave a review, you have to choose at least one star. I booked an appointment with Dr Vasandani two weeks in advance. I was newly diagnosed with Lupus and needed to see a professional to get some answers to some very scary symptoms. I live three hours from Lubbock and have to travel to see this doctor. I was sent all the initial paperwork via mail, and showed up with it, along with lab results on 4/25/2021 thinking I was fully prepared. The reception lady informed me I missed the appointment as it was the day before. I was extremely upset for having made a mistake. Near tears, I explained that my husband and I took off work for this appointment and I simply made an error. I apologizedI asked for a new appointment. She was I ve cold. Told me that because I missed the appointment, I could not reschedule. I said, are you kidding me? She said, No. that s why you were sent paperwork. I walked away angry and frustrated and proceeded to call the office. The explained the situation again to the reception lady over the phone. She was a bit more sympathetic and said she would have to get permission from the nurse. I waited for a call back that was never received. Today I called for an answer, and was told that I could not get another appointment. I explained this is one of the reasons I need to see a doctor. She told me she would be upset too. At least she was more considerate than the one i met in person. Where is the compassion for another or caring that these doctors should have? Do they even know that they re staff treats people like this? I thanked this lady for trying, but told her that I would let others know how I was treated.

I like my doctor, and the nurse practitioner that I see as my PCP, but unless you scheduling an appointment, don't expect anyone to answer their phone for any other department. Also expect to have your call ignored or returned after 1 to 2 days. Make sure all your questions are asked at your appointment, and that nothing arises in the meantime, or you will be hard pressed to receive any answers.

I have been going to Grace for years and never had a problem until this week. When I accidently missed my appointment and the receptionist would not help me. When I called back the next day she had noted my account to not schedule with the doctor. So now I have to find a new doctor.

Been a patient here for 8yrs & the past year has been overwhelmingly frustrating!! This last year: needed labs done & it took 2hrs, daughter needed X-ray took 5hrs, I went in on Wednesday mid morning for upper respiratory... waited all afternoon on call back that Never happened! Downloaded app to check results... of course it didn t work.. called back on Thursday morning..Dr Foster wouldn t be in till Friday at 4! So I left a message with walk-in Dr... waited another 6hrs... again no call back!!! Called again & talked with several operators that had no clue how to resolve this! Finally talked with walk-in clinic again & they only forwarded my message to Dr Foster who wasn t there!!!!! Now they tell me she won t be in till MONDAY! My response is that I m suppose to be sick until Dr FOSTER shows up?!?!?! Unprofessional, unacceptable, unsympathetic... if you are looking for a provider don t use GRACE!!! #BigCompany #BiggerGreed #ZeroStars

Where do I start? It's been a nightmare of an experience for us. Recently, my son's doctor claimed that all of his medical records where lost and the doctor had to treat him without any pertinent information for his complicated medical condition. We've tried to use the quick clinic on a couple of occasions, but had to leave due to hours long wait even with an appointment. It's also not uncommon to have long delays in receiving test results. The clinic claims they are undergoing a change in computer software which is causing many of the problems. I've heard this excuse for months. We'll be searching for a new provider.

Initial visit to the clinic specifically for endocrinology work on my husband. Everything works like clockwork, in house lab helps immensely.

Doctor Backdash has a wonderful sense of humor which puts people at ease. He is very receptive of feedback and asks for patient interaction.

First time experiencing advice that includes lifestyle counseling (diet, exercise, sleep and social), not just pharmacological intervention.

Looking forward to this kind of interaction during future visits.

I have been going to Grace Clinic for many years. ...

I have been going to Grace Clinic for many years. They have always been kind and professional. I liked the fact that you could have labs, imaging and see a doctor all at the same place.
Let me tell you today that was NOT the case. I had an appointment at 3:00. The day before they called to bump my appointment time to 2:00. Ok. I really wanted it later because I do have to drive over an hour and that s just less time I have to miss work. So, I arrive at 1:30 and am seen quickly. The doctor and I decided to go ahead and do some lab work. I went directly to the lab and was told that my orders hadn t been sent down yet. I sat and waited. 20 minutes pass and I was never called back up to the reception area. However, the people at the reception area didn t seem to mind as they discussed things LOUDLY that should NOT be discussed in a professional office. Irritated at this point I went back up to the reception desk and was told I could go back upstairs to the doctor s office and inquire about my labs. So I did. I was told they were sending them directly. I go back Don to the lab and wait again. After waiting for 50 minutes for my orders, I gave up.
I did ask to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor didn t really seem to care. He put it off on the doctor. If you are a supervisor, your job is to look in to a complaint. I was also given the excuse that they have a new system. Just pass the buck. I left without having labs drawn. I guess I will be looking for new doctors! Changing to Covenant was a BIG mistake!
