Andrew organised the collection of furniture from an empty house in Swansea and delivered it to my home in Gloucestershire. We've moved a lot and used a number of different companies, but Go Panda were really quick, and everything was handled with care. I'd happily use them again.

Ben and Ben worked so hard, extremely fast but careful removals, they took care of everything and were so helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Very good service. Very hard working company: prompt, courteous, experienced, well organised and overall really great value for money. I used the full packaging service which I highly recommend: everything packed and wrapped properly, all items were handled with care and the team really went above and beyond for me and my family on moving day, staying really late in the evening when we got the keys quite late in the day. I used Go Panda after a recommendation from a friend and I will certainly be recommending them to everyone I know. They made a stressful time very much easier: after a long chain and rubbish solicitors, Go Panda made the actual move as simple and straightforward as possible. Nice people. Highly recommend.

The Go Panda Team were fantastic. The office team were helpful, speedy and re-assuring when booking and trying to find a suitable date to fit with our chain. The removal guys did a great job, they knew exactly what to leave for our last night and wrapped everything carefully. They were friendly and calm, even when we didn't quite know where to put things in our new house. Great work!

From point of contact, to phone survey and through to the move... go panda Cardiff were unbelievable. To be honest, we thought it was pricey, however in a stressful chain, with issues, go panda lads were VERY professional, calming and offered a number of solutions. Fully recommended. 10/10

Our other well known Cardiff removals company let us down 3 days before move date. Needless to say this was pretty stressful. A friend had recommended Go Panda so I phoned them on the Wednesday. The team of three guys turned up 9AM Friday and moved everything smoothly to our new house. The guys were all super polite / helpful and made sure we were completely happy before departing. For what was generally quite a stressful house moving process Go Panda made the move day pretty much stress free. Highly recommend

I am so glad I chose GO PANDA Removals. The guys Dale and Billy who came to get my stuff did an amazing job of getting it all in the van and everything into my new place within an hour! I recommend go panda to everyone who want a swift and safe move, the team were very helpful, I moved from 3 bed to a 5 bed house, the manager panda answered every questions, and gave me best price I can found around. On the day they called to confirm everything , they arrived on time, packed and wrapped everything safely, dis-assembled large furnitures , they moved everything very carefully into my new house and assembled furnitures back into the rooms I wanted. We moved from Eastbourne - Cardiff and used gopanda because of a recomendation of a friend whom they had moved in reverse journey they were fantastic, they boxed our whole house whilst we we're out for the day and had virtually loaded it all the same day!

The move was over as swiftly as it had began and we sat down in our dining room for takeaway at 5pm the next day.

The staff we're polite and friendly, the booking was handled with one wast phone call, they're vans we're new and shiny, the guys working with us didn't stop working tirelessly throughout the pack and move - and they we're much cheaper than what we we're quoted by pickfords.

Ticked all the boxes and achieved a stress free move from Cardiff to Toulouse. They packed, they wrapped they loaded they moved all in 4 days from our house in Cardiff to our retirement castle just outside Toulouse. GO PANDA were excellent. They took far more care with my belongings than I would have done myself! They were efficient and quick, helping out by moving the items which were put into the new property in an order that made sense using their own past experience. They dismantled some items because they were too wide for the door and reassembled them in double quick time - they had the tools for the job to hand. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the job and recommend them to anybody about to undertake a move.

We had a good experience with Go Panda removals during our recent move in Cardiff. They were helpful and accommodating in moving our very old, heavy piano as well as everything else. Highly recommended.

Time-keeping left a little to be desired, but I cannot fault the effort of the packers and removers. They worked so hard and looked after all of our furniture and belongings as if they were their own. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend using Go Panda.

First-class service friendly courteous staff took great care in packing and moving us were really helpful when we had to change the date of the move multiple times.
They did most of the packing the day before to ensure an early start so we could arrive at our property by lunchtime. Took everything 2 bits and more importantly reassembled everything at the other end for us.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough - Dale and Ben worked their socks off and then were extremely patient and understanding when our purchase did not complete until nearly 5 o clock and continued to wait patiently with humour and sympathy for another hour and a half while we were waiting for the previous owners to finish moving out. Booked these guys to move from London to Bath. Two men, two vans-worth of kit, a stop to swap beds, a perilously narrow lane to reverse down to unload: all handled with good humour and professionalism. A long day for them, having headed out from Cardiff at 6am to get across to London. Very cost-effective, though they could have done with another pair of hands. Moved with these guys just before Christmas and it was a lovely experience, yes a lovely experience I have moved 5 times in the last 10 years because of work and my memory has always been of an anxious time where chips and scrapes are just accepted as are men in your home who you cannot communicate with properly. Step in GO Panda, from the first phone call to the last phone call today as a courtesy we have been stunned by this company, firstly their price was in our eyes too low but they had good reviews so we went ahead, secondly their level of service far far exceeded companies we had used in the past who had cost triple what these guys asked for. Thirdly on moving day we had the usual angst until the team turned up and put my partner, myself and our 6 year old at ease. this continued through the move and it was an actual delight to have these lads in our home, we think we were lucky to have the Boss Panda on the move as he directed the team to maximum efficiency. We are not planning on moving again for the next few years but when we do we will certainly be calling Go Panda. Thank you guys so much

Do not use this company, I had the misfortune to use this company for my move at the end of July and I have been trying to get compensation for furniture that has been damaged. They asked for pictures via email which I sent and I have constantly emailed or telephone since and they completely ignore you. It clearly states on their website they are fully insured, so why are they not paying me out. I am now having to take out a small claim against this company.

You have been warned there are a lot of other reputable companies out there please use one of them. I WISH I DID.

Would the person who stated they are not trustworthy get in touch with me please via email as I will still be taking action against this company but in my own good time as TRADING STANDARDS state I have up to 6 years to claim and this would help me greatly if other people have trouble with this company - Anyone else please feel free to get in touch

Really happy with the service; great friendly guys who took great care of our things, wrapping lamps and veneer furniture to ensure no damage in transit. Our whole house was in storage for several months and unfortunately the unit suffered a flood - just bad luck. However Panda was really helpful and took us through the claims process to ensure we were not out of pocket. High recommend!

Can not recommend them enough. I wish I could give them 6 stars instead of 5.they moved us from St Athan to Windsor and it was one of the easiest moves we have done. f you need to move anything anywhere get Go Panda to do it for you! Seriously these guys are amazing! The quote they gave us in the first instance was the best out of three comparable companies and despite our dates changing and our move being pushed back in the diary the Go Panda team were very accommodating and customer service was second to none. When it came to moving day (today) Tristan was at our house before the arranged 8 am start and when Evo arrived shortly after and work began we couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently the two vans were loaded. The same as the vans were unpacked. These guys are phenomenally strong! Everything was treated with care and attention to detail and the guys were great to be around on such a stressful day. I have used other removal companies in the past and I wish I had known about Go Panda then. If I ever moved in the future I wouldn't hesitate to get Go Panda back. Worth every penny! We were over the moon with Go Pandas level of service, through a very difficult process they were able to exceed all expectations.

Our move was postponed multiple times and Go Panda were great with that helping us to get a date which was preferred by our vendors who had been very difficult to please.

Moving day started at 7am and we were loaded and on the road by 11am, the guys and girl were polite and friendly and really knew they're stuff. they stacked from floor to ceiling in what can only be described as organised chaos. Go panda were like a team of synchronised swimmers moving in unison with very little said between them.

On arrival in Stroud they had our belonging off even quicker, placed neatly around the house with the furniture in its final resign place and the boxes neatly stacked on top.

Our move went swimmingly well and it is without doubt the best moving experience we have ever had, I get the feeling Go Panda staff really care about their jobs and our belongings which has not always been the case with movers in the past.

We are delighted to recommend Go panda to anyone.

Used their home removals service to transfer our personal goods from a self storage to the new home. Very pleased with the service, everything went smoothly and quickly. The removals team showed up right on time, got all the stuff from the storage unit into a van and accurately put everything to denoted places in our new home.

Couldn't fault the service in any way. We were clearly very nervous about our fairly ambitious move, but it didn't take long for the staff to have us at ease over the journey. Reassurance goes a long way and they had every reason to fill us with confidence. My wife suffers with anxiety so a smooth move was incredibly important to us. We moved with "Go Panda" at the end of 2018. The team lead by Tristan were excellent and worked incredibly hard to move us in on time. We would have no hesitation in recommending "Go Panda".

Very thorough and professional throughout our move, slightly more expensive that some of the competition but well worth the extra.

We have moved around a lot with my work and had many different moving companies, we used to use the big national firms but have used smaller more local firms the last couple of moves as we found them to be more personable and careful with our belongings. Well we will not be using anyone else other than Go Panda in the future.

What a team we had for our move from Pontcanna to Llandaff, everyone of their lads worked flat out over two days to get us boxed up and moved, they were sensational. Trystan, Evo, Hugh and Gam were our removlas men and boy did they earn their money!

Our new home a large 4 story property with extensive grounds, the weather was miserable and we have a lot of stuff, none of this was a problem as the guys set about putting our beds back together and delivering furniture to it's final destination.

After a torrid day of exhausting work we were dumfounded to find no evidence of the ghastly weather or ground conditions visible indoors, somehow they managed to keep our carpets clean and the furnitire spotless, not even a sign of damp.

For this, the volume of work and the state you left out home in within the time allotted we are eternally greatful.

We really can't reccomended these guys highly enough and are looking forward to moving next time as opposed to dreading it.

Helped me move some pretty awkward stuff from west Wales to London. Arrived when they said they would and even beat me to the destination. The price was unbelievable too.

We moved from Wales to Gandia, in Spain, and Go Panda moved all our things - from furniture to books to plants. It only took them two days and everything arrived in good order. Excellent service, lovely drivers and a good price too. Highly recommended!

I had a sofa that wouldn't fit into my storage unit and they held it for me at there's and delivered it to me by consolidating the load to keep the cost down. Really impressed with the operation - swift arrangement, payment and service on the day. They arrived early and didn't stop for breath until the job was completed - whilst taking the utmost care not to cause any damage to furniture or fittings. Would recommend and use again for sure.

Cracking service. First house move for us and from the get go they took the time to walk us through the process. I did the online quote and got a call back within 15mins. They offered some advice on the size of the job I'd quoted, and I'm so glad they did. My original inventory would of caused carnage on moving day as it was way under the chaff we'd collected over the years!

Arranged an 8am start, vans were on the drive at 7:45. The three lads had cleared our 4 bed house out in an hour and a half, and insisted we chilled out whilst they did it. Polite, courteous and fully aware of the stress we were feeling, couldn't of asked for a better experience. Also great to watch the process of the van stacking. I recon they hold the Welsh high score on Tetris.

Luckily using them for storage whilst we sort our purchase out, same story there. Invoice provided promptly, explaining all the different charges that make up the overall cost.

Go Panda recently packed my belongings and moved me to a new place in Cardiff. They were so helpful and professional from the very first enquiry through to leaving all safely delivered. They were absolutely punctual on both days. They packed a lot of very fragile things carefully so that nothing broke. Their careful labelling meant that installing boxes in the new property was very easy. Nothing was too much trouble. Their services were excellent value for money. I would very strongly recommend them to anyone!

I contacted several companies for quotes, and whilst GoPanda weren't the cheapest, they turned up exactly when they said they would both for the survey and the move itself, and provided an excellent service. As such, I consider them very good value for money and I am happy that I went with them rather than the cheaper option, which I fully expect would not have been as good.

Their staff were professional and very careful with our belongings, and were still happy to carry heavy boxes up and down flights of stairs even at the end of a very long day. They also maintained good humour throughout the process and were good fun to work with.

In summary, I would definitely use GoPanda again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family in the Cardiff area.
