I had a business listing on Google to which someone who Ive never done business with or provided any services for or even spoken with for that matter left a bad review about a product I supposedly sold them. The person in question had no receipt, no email, no proof of any kind of ever doing business with my company. I reached out to Google and spoke to a representative who in turn try to sell me something and eventually hung up on me. I then called and spoke to a different representative who said they would do nothing even though the person was absolutely lying and slandering my company. She simply said that even though he was lying it was ok with them because he didn't break any google guidelines,so they would not remove it. So I told her i would leave a review on Google and would not violate any guidelines which i haven't. So if this review is taken down someone will have some explaining since they couldn't help me with my issue of someone lying about my business, considering after all I'm only telling the truth. I told her i wanted to talk to her manager and she said she would not suggest it and they where in a meeting even though she had just spoken with them. All my calls from my business line are recorded so I have proof of the whole conversation. I will also keep proof of this review. Very disappointed in Google, until this mess I actually liked the company.

I've heard a lot of various facilities available and given to Google employees who are super wow and sophisticated, of course, makes me feel like to just visit this place. Or even more. Google is cool. Hopefully one day I can come here at the summit google local guides event. Aamiin

Google closed my google wallet account with no reason. Spent several hours on the phone, no help!!! No my gmail account which has over 60 gigs of data is over its limit as they can't take a payment for the $1.99 for the 100 gigs becasue my google wallet account is closed. The wallet account wasn't used to pay for this service but as its closed I'm told the account has no way to pay for services. Do this mean my Pandora and other monthly services I use are also going to be shut down?

Google needs to give me a reason why this account was close. I have no way to know if I did anything wrong as you only get to speak to a customer service person who has no info.

Google I need help to resolve this issue asap please let me know how we can work together to correct this.

GOOGLE MY BUSINESS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. I HAVE REQUESTED ABOUT 10 POST CARDS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE BECAUSE GOOGLE HAS THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR MY BUSINESS, I HAVE ALSO DONE A VIDEO VERIFICATION CALL WHICH COST ME LONG DISTANCE CHARGES BECAUSE GOOGLE USES INDIA FOR THERE HELP CENTER. HOW UN AMERICAN OF THEM. STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO VERIFY MY BUSINESS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS NOW. HOPE THE NEW PRESIDENT WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THERE ABUSE OF POWER AND THERE ARROGANCE.

My Saudi Prince husband whom is also an IT boy, and I are disgusted with the racism, antisemitism, and Islamophobia that this company exhibits. They block us from posting pics on Google maps, they manipulate the data for views, and they censor our comments. They are a corrupt company with low to no morals and DEFINITELY ZERO integrity. This company is far from the future. They are now the past.

Surely the head office is at least as spectacular as the others scattered around the globe.

Booling fields ... charging stations for electric cars, tyrannosaurus ... science fiction workstations ... the mega smartphone (it will be at least 1.5 meters high) fully functional (wheel as well), the slides between the floors, the googlebike .... no I opt for the spaceship (prototype) hanging above the stairs ... it surely makes you dream!

Terrible service. More concerned with pushing an agenda that a viable product. Going back to Yahoo and Lycos.

Friends love to visit the pilgrimage and we are very fond of walking around the good places of good temples and at the same time, I am taking time to meet our good friends. Some friends have separated us from our contact. For this we are putting a number on our contact.

Before I go into the reason behind my review, I would like to point out that I'm an active user of not only Google's free products but also their paid ones. I actively use google ads, AutoML, and have a google one subscription. I use several of their free products, but the one I would like to talk about is Google My Business (GMB).

64 days ago one my of verified and actively managed business listings was marked as a "Duplicate". A completely unrelated business (eyebrow salon) created a listing. We were forced to reverify our listing (grocery store). However, the salon has all of our customer photos and 1000+ reviews. After multiple email exchanges and phone calls with GMB support and spending over a dozen hours completing the tasks they asked of me, they said they found out our problem arose because of a technical issue. It now looks like the tasks they had me complete were absolutely useless. That was 43 days ago.

They told me to wait 7 days for the issue to be resolved. I politely waited and asked for an update. GMB support sent the exact same response back. I've sent them an email about every week since asking for an update or some sort of explanation, but they have not responded.

Our business has not been showing up in Google Maps correctly for over two months. Now I understand that GMB is a free service, but it feeds information into google's navigation products. These products account for over 75% of navigation app usage. So our business has no choice but to use GMB (as I pointed out we were already verified and actively managing it by responding to reviews, making weekly posts and uploading photos). GMB support has not resolved our problem and judging from the lack of communication, they are not even working on it.

Google controls so much of the market but has some of the worst customer support in existence. At this point, a Teddy Rosevelt style bust would be useful.

it would be the most father to work there ... I say it is not subject to the engineering that I am applying but in case there was no space in my branch I would surely go there to apply for employment and if after I went to live to use there would be the possibility of I was going to apply for whatever this message was coming from Mexico City

Very nice to visit. Partly open to the public. Too bad there is not an information stand open to the public.

What a most incredible place this is. Everyone enjoying themselves, eating well, activities and fun work. It reminds me of a college environment where everything is awesome.

I love Google. He made many panoramas and tried. The best search engine and applications as well as smartphones. Thanks to them for this.

If you love GOOGLE as a search engine, how much would you rate it between 0 to 10?
Become a good GOOGLE user I would rate it 6 bcz I forgot my one gmail account's and I asked GOOGLE for many times to give me access to retrieve my account but it did not do so, GOOGLE should give an OTP facility to login into GOOGLE
While having this facility we can login into our GOOGLE account without any password.
So GOOGLE plz add an OTP option to login into GOOGLE accounts.

Fantastic place, first class establishments, the only difficult thing was to find the places, mainly the dinosaur. Very cool to allow playing the piano.
