Google still owes me $50 for a cheque which they sent to a bank I no longer use. Google, whats so damn hard about cancelling that cheque and mailing another to my current bank? Really? Is it rocket science? You too stoopid to know how to do that?

You seem to take my money every month without a hiccup maybe I should post this, what is probably an insignificant problem to you but its not to me. Is this how you obtained customers when you started... I let you think about that.

We pay $27.50/month for our account and now it has gone offline and there's no way of contacting google for help - it is a business account and we can't access our emails.

It was a honour for me to get in to google Australia office. The staff is extremely helpful very kind. I had high expectations even before entering the office but the architecture and the design of the office itself blew my expectations over the roof. One thing I noticed is that google actually cares about their staff and their well-being. I was there at a google education conference. The food that they serve was very good, possibly the best ever food I have had in a conference.

Very low quality help desk for Australia, should consider improving the quality of the service centre. Business listing is still such a big mess for small businesses, heaps fake businesses and locations, should be dedicated team for it. Delivering and receiving good services through Google map and business listing.

Very disappointed. I have been a supporter of Google and products 10 years now, I have used adwords in my business. We will stop using the products if things don't change. I have had a fake review on my site and sent multiple complaints to Google, however Google don't seem to care. This is a fake review by someone who has an alias for bad reviews. SEO businesses use google for bad reviews and give there business good reviews. Happened around the time we had issue with a bad web based business. Reviews are there to assist businesses better themselves and help consumers make a decision, but when its being abused by business to help them rank their paying customers not what it is intended for. Like most things online now you can comment without any repercussions. Google take a look at your products.

I have been trying to return a faulty item I purchased at the Google Store and when I eventually figured out how to do this, I wasn't sent confirmation which meant the courier couldn't take it. All the telephone contacts state that due to COVID there is no one available to take calls. It's a technology business and they can't answer a phone??? So now I can't re-return the faulty item because it's been registered as already for return. Please help!
Google only care about their business customers. So many personal users had their gmail locked out unable to find any solution. I tried to call and there is no option to assist. I know there is the recovery process in Google Help. However, by answering everything correctly, still cannot verify account is owned by me is likely a system issue. Please take advise that we need to communicate with humans, standard procedure doesn't resolve everyone's problem. As a gmail user, please provide more support. I have my everything linked with this gmail account, please help your users to recover their gmail accounts.

Get emailed saying I have $100 free ad credit when I spend $25. Set up a new campaign, go through a million settings to enter the voucher code, error message saying the code is for new advertisers only. Google knows my email is used for an existing ad words account... but still send me the code. This is misleading conduct and deceptive.
Just tried to telephone Google Sydney office to speak to the accounts department. My associate has sent four email since 6/10/17 with a request for an invoice. Reception kindly responds but to date no response from accounts. Unfortunately there is no accounts telephone number, just a reception number that goes nowhere other than advising me to send an email. Cant give a zero rate and post, so one star to be able to post. Google Accounts obviously does not like the little people. This is very poor!

Sydney being my home town it would not be right to leave Google Sydney out. Google Sydney could be upgraded to a fast overseas link by computer & phone internet links . Sydney would be a good place to have links inside China with the space programs getting larger. Australians eat lots of Chinese food and base part of the lifestyle in homes & gardens:- based on objects & plants come from china. China could not close the door in to-days world. How many times has China closed its doors only to open them again & again ! The history or all the Emperors is very interesting. The story of the two Emperors , one good calling the hole of chine to bring the dishes of the towns & cities to many weeks of eating , his name I have lost / & The Giant Emperor taken out into the middle of a lake and sunk in a row boat.with all his armor on , as he was very bad to his people ! very hard to find information outside of China. I have always wanted to see the inside of a Google office and had my chance when I was invite to one of the city expert events here. The office are true to the hype of Google offices with the colourful and relaxed atmosphere. As soon as you get to the floor the office on you think you're inside a train/subway as the door and wall have been designed to look like the inside of one. (with those thing you hold on to while standing on a train) I was given a guide tour of the facilities (Unfortunately not the office are they are top secret) however I got to see a conference room which was like a jungle and the amazing kitchen space they have for the staff. It felt like you would expect from a google office professional with a causal nerdie vibe. Some of the wall were white board which allows you Googler I guess to solve problems on or else to draw smile face. If nothing else seeing this office makes me even more determined to work hard to get a job with google.

You have to FIX your Google MY BUSINESS page business. Why the business owner CANNOT delete photos uploaded by anyone. I can delete the photos I uploaded but why is it so strange that anyone can upload and the owner of that page cannot delete the photos. I called the call centre and I have to explain IN DETAIL why i want to delete a photo!!! Thats a total JOKE!!! its my page so i can do whatever I want!!!! So if the photo that a customer is legit and it was 10 years ago, i CANNOT delete that??? USELESS and TOTAL WASTE...
