Why does Google avoid paying tax back to Australia...

Why does Google avoid paying tax back to Australians by establishing their Australian corporate HQ in Singapore, where the tax rate is half of Australia's. DON'T BE EVIL GOOGLE! PAY YOUR FAIR SHARE OF TAX, OTHERWISE YOU ARE THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE.
