Shawn and his team did a awesome job in making the whole refinance process smooth and paperless. With the COVID situation in 2020, I didn't want to risk meeting anyone and the whole process was done online. I also remember that the interest rates dropped during my loan process and Shawn was kind to consider my request and readjust my interest rate. Overall, very glad that I got my loan refinanced through Googain.

Ivy F was very patient with explaining details for our two refinance we did with Googain. We would see email time stamp coming from her after midnight. with that said, she works beyond her office hours to speed up application process. Our loan officer, Kay Wee from Googain helped us numerous times to get new home mortgages and refinancing promptly. She is very professional and response quickly to our needs. Also, proactively reaching out to us for the reminders and searching for better financing opportunities. We enjoyed working with her.
I seriously doubt if all these good reviews are real. We worked with an agent Wayne Ma. Before we worked with him, I read a concerning reviews about agent gone missing after a while. We asked him about the situation, he was it is not true. Because of all the good reviews we saw on Google and yelp in general, we decided to move forward. But same things happened us. Wayne promised a lot, was very responsive before we submitted the application. Now, 3~4 months has passed, no update, one response to our question, and now he stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional. The whole process is not transparent at all.
I had two good experiences here on refinancing my house, both from loan consultant, Peony Ho. She handles things in a quick, responsive manners and she puts our priorities as hers. She even contacted us when the interest rate went down and asked if we would like to refinance again. That's why I did mine within 8 months or so and save me $$ on my monthly mortgage.
