Had a good time but we were a little disappointed with waiting for bridges and other boats. We didn't get very far down river before they turned us around and we never got out on the lake itself. Not the company's fault but disappointing nonetheless.

Luncheon cruise on 6/14/19. Food was served promptly and it was all very good. Pop wasn't included in the price, but no biggie. Narrated boat tour of the Cuyahoga was very informative. Sound system made it easy for everyone to hear. A very relaxing 2-hour trip. Would definitely highly recommend this trip. Worth the money!!!

My family and I loved the Sunday lunch and cruise. We did not like the fact that we were told to be there an hour before cruise time to get your tickets at will call and than the will call didnt even open until 11:50. The lady at the will call was very rude. But all in all it was a great afternoon.

Attended NPR Radio Sound of Ideas on Wednesday June 19, 2019 boat tour on Cuyahoga River. Very informative and a beautiful sunny relaxing ride. A special thank you to Captain Rick Fryan for giving us the opportunity for the use of a credit gift card for a later adventure since one of are group members was unable to attend due to family health issues. Your kindness is certainly appreciated and look forward to joining your crew at a later date.
Sincerely,
Mary Morton

Always a good time on the Goodtime III!!! Even though it was 90+ degrees and 80% humidity, the trip was great and informative. This trip we did the 2-hour Narrated cruise of the river and waterfront on Father's Day and it was full, but not packed as it has been at times in the past when we've been on it. Those trips were for a dinner cruises with local blues bands (also awesome). Highly recommended activity for any visitor to Cleveland or to any native for that matter.

I decided to chance it by taking my 3 and 1 year old out on the two hour cruise. The first hour my kids loved listening to the automated tour guide speak as we went down the Cuyahoga River oohing and ahhing at the sights we passed. After that we headed to the lower part of the ship to grab a small bite to eat. The crew and captain were more than helpful and very polite. Filled with high fives and jokes for my little ones.
Turned out to be very worth it and a wonderful time with my children. I can't wait to come back and bring my husband with us.

The positives were the music; you could be on the dance floor or have quieter music on another deck, and the views of the city. The negatives were how many people on board were smoking, and that the cruise stayed inside the breakwall and just off the shore.

Overall, it was a very good time, and as long as you don't mind second hand smoke, I would recommend it.

The food was lovely. And once we got on Lake Erie it was wonderful. The music made the trip less pleasant than it otherwise would have been. The band was awful. And there was no way to escape it. I absolutely did not enjoy listening to a tone set man scream lyrics to songs I've hardly ever heard. But for the band the experience would have gotten s better review.

This was our first time on the goodtime 3. We weren't able to go all the way down the river because a larger ship was coming out, so we had to turn around and then got stuck at the train bridge. We sat there for 40 minutes until the bridge finally opened. We enjoyed the ride but feel a little bit cheated because almost half of our time on the boat was waiting for the train bridge to open. We will try it again sometime.

First time on the Goodtime lll- We must say it was very nice, everything from the staff to even the food was good. My only complaint is, they need to have one of the staff checking , cleaning and Restocking every half hour in the restrooms. It was disappointing to see the condition they were in after 9pm. Too many guest on the boat that it was not handled. Other than that the dinner city lights cruise was well worth it and we will be back. Hopefully they will make some changes in regards to the restrooms.

Booked the narrated lunch tour. Portions were small and even so, by the time our table reached the line, some of the food was gone. When I advised the staff that some of the condiments were gone their response was "that's all we have." As a consolation we were given a free drink ticket - hardly compensates for 1/2 a meal we should have received. For the price, the meal was underwhelming; a new caterer should be used. The staff didn't make you feel overly welcome and is if they were doing you the favor of showing up to work that day. The narration was was interesting and the boat ride nice. The boat needs some work - chairs and tables are aged and need repaired/replaced. Overall, my recommendation is to skip it.

This cruise is done yearly for my Autistic great grandson Nicholas who admires Capt. Kit. It was very thoughtful of Capt. Kit to say goodby to Nicholas at the end of the cruise. See you next year.
