Terrible realty service ! They have the most terrible management service. Their manager won t take any call or reply email from you. Last month, I want to discuss about the rent, I send email to Evie and William. They never replied me! I tried to call Friedman Roth to ask If they can transfer me to them, they won t do it! Every small business should avoid such real estate companies. They believe that you have got a lot of money from the government in the Covid19, so they are not willing to reduce your rent. Once you want to talk about rent, you won't find anyone to help you.
Recently was represented by Richard Guarino with the sale of a property in the bronx. Richard did an outstanding job! He was knowledgeable with all aspects of the sale. I would not hesitate to work with him again.
The worst most unscrupulous dishonest hostile deadly greedy ruthless lowlifes: Joel Radmin managing partner and Slumlandlord, Robert Farhadian partner one of worst Slumlanlords in Tri-Borough and his relative Mahan Kiumehr-building manager. Harass tenants nonstop in an attempt to get them to give up their rent stabilized apartments- keeping buildings in unlivable and unsafe conditions. All are criminals and belong in jail in 2020!
Do not do business with this company. They treat their tenants terribly.
Trash! Screwed us out of $500 worth of application fees without ever seriously considering our application and lied to us about meeting other potential tenants when we had put down a deposit to hold the place. A lot of legitimate businesses in New York City will try to scam you, but this place holds the crown.
Friedman Roth was easy to do business with and I would recommend. I worked with Rich Guarino and he could not have been more helpful. Working with brokers is not always a pleasant experience, but Rich was straightforward and no BS, which made the process go smoothly.
10/10 would recommend! I worked with Richard Guarino and he went above and beyond to help me out, even though he really didn't have to. Great guy, I'm grateful!
