We just completed our beautiful new kitchen renovation with Nukitchens. Working with Heather, Karin and Pauline was a pleasure. Doug and his team of Kevin, Ian and Cat were professional, exacting, and caring to make sure our project was a 100% success and to our liking. Every step of the way they were there for us and kept us updated with each detail of the install. We would highly recommend everyone at NuKitchens, including Chris and Paolo who were not involved in our renovation but offered suggestions along the way. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome!

Definitely stay away from this place. They mishandled our renovation, couldn't even get correct measurements on the cabinets. Caused substantial delays, never any mention of compensation for the many errors. Just a horrible experience with these guys.

We are thrilled with our new renovated kitchen! NuKitchens handled the design element of the project. Our experience with NuKitchens was wonderful. Our first time there we met the friendly owner, Joe, and then worked primarily with Chris. Chris designed the cabinet and appliance layout for our completely renovated kitchen space. We were also making independent decisions for the rest of the kitchen project and Chris was very accommodating to our outside decision process. Chris did an excellent job listening to our design wants and needs, and was very patient with our constant questions, changes and ideas. Chris provided a creative design (including difficult peninsula seating and a functional island) which had to be carefully designed and measured to make the challenging space work. Chris did a great job understanding our overall objectives for the kitchen renovation and helped us stay within our budget. We were very happy with Chris and the rest of the NuKitchens team s expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness. The entire staff at NuKitchens was warm, friendly and always helpful. It was a pleasure working with all of them. We're very happy with the end result and our friends are amazed by transformation of the new kitchen. We highly recommend Chris and the Nukitchens team!

Nukitchens has an extensive showroom which greatly helps to see the product options and the differences between various cabinet manufactures. Don Clemmenson, in particular, was an excellent designer. He was easy to work with, explained options clearly, very good with details, and offered suggestions without being pushy. Because he has a background in architecture, he has a great sense of scale and functionality when developing layouts. For example, he started with the layout that my remodeling architect proposed. Don was the only one (of 3 designers I contacted) to see that the pantry could be moved into the adjacent laundry room, which would greatly increase the counter space on each side of the oven. It was a brilliant improvement in the kitchen layout. I very strongly recommend that you contact Don Clemmenson at Nukitchens. You will not be disappointed.

I strongly recommend NuKitchen, particularly Don Clemmenson. My wife and I extensively renovated an 83 year old home over the last two years. The kitchen and baths were all complicated small spaces. Don and the NuKitchen team created plans and provided insights that we did not feel was matched by the several other firms we interviewed. His service and sense of taste throughout the process was exceptional. The end product is beyond what we imagined. If you are contemplating a kitchen or bath vanity project, I wholeheartedly recommend Don and NuKitchen.

Joe and his team are fantastic! Totally professional and a pleasure to work with. The project was on time and on budget. Whenever an unforeseen issue arose, Joe and his team found a creative solution. Kevin maintained an immaculate work site. I highly recommend them.

Absolute worst service we've ever experienced. STAY AWAY!! We went through an extensive house remodel. They sold us a new outdoor kitchen. They required up front payment, and as soon as they had our money it was a never-ending joke of incompetence and lack of any care in fulfilling what we bought. We haven't even had it for a year and it's already falling apart. Great salesmen. Horrible service. (Additional notes added: What's amazing is it took us weeks to get a response but when I posted this review they sent me an email within an hour. Pathetic.)

I decided to go with Nu Kitchens for my kitchen / Laundry room renovation project because my first meeting with the owner Joseph Najmy was (deceptively -I know now) very easy, friendly and he appeared to understand exactly what I wanted done.
The experience / saga continues to be a nightmare ever since.
- There were multiple people assigned to this project, each one of whom without a doubt have proved themselves completely incompetent.
-The engineer Mike Schlatter took a lot of measurements - miscalculated spaces and gave us erroneous information.
-The designer Chris Cross gave us drawings that are not in accordance with the cabinets he ordered.
- Ultra craft from whom the cabinets were ordered have been also a nightmare where the wood is all different shades and the pieces are not the right size.
- The "Jack of all trades" worker Mr. Toni Laba - tops it all by his rude, abusive, disrespectful behavior and completely sloppy job.
- The owner Joseph Najmy has not returned my calls or responded to several emails sent about the concerns we have had.
- The project began May 8th, was supposed to be completed by July 1st, but still continues ( as of today 12/10 /2015) .
- The owner Joseph Najmy or rather his wife pulled his worker Toni Laba off our project to complete their personal project in the middle - Have personally seen her nasty text message to Toni Laba pulling him off the work site.
- Mr. Laba and the billing person have both complained about the owner not only not paying them on time but frequently hiding behind the front office staff when things go wrong.
- All in all its been the most stressful and disastrous experience I would not want any one else to go through.
- Despicable does not come close to how we feel about this company. They do not deserve a single star.
- The emotional stress endured by the whole family cannot even been described in words.
- Regretfully we have paid them 95% of the total.
- I will be exploring every option to complain and report this company to all appropriate agencies in the state and will not rest till this is resolved.

Had I reviewed this a month ago I'd have given it a 5 but I regret their handling of an oversight on both of our part that, had they merely taken even the slightest responsibility for it I may even have been a bit more generous in the ratings.

Short story is they forgot exterior door trim to match the other door and instead went with no trim to match the windows -while theres a trimmed door 10' away on the same wall!

When I called there attention to it, the response was, effectively it's not in the contract.

While I don't disagree, I rely on my designer and contractor to point out the nuances and let me know so I can make the decision . They're professionals who design all the time. As a homeowner with a million new inputs coming at me in the design, they had the obligation to call out the difference. They did not.

Now, after the fact I would have been more than happy to split any difference accepting some responsiblity but instead they washed their hands of me.

While they're right, it's hardly a professional response for a company who relies on high customer satisfaction.

I wasn't looking for free, I was looking for fair.

If you want a new kitchen this is the place to go for design ideas and they have a chef on staff preparing goodies

This is a great design showroom and very talented team. They have a wide range of options, ideas and can help people like me( who know nothing about design) feel comfortable and enjoy building their new kitchen. I like that it s family owned and the owners are present within the showroom. You really feel like part of the family! Thanks team!

Remodeling a kitchen can be pretty daunting, but not at NuKitchens. Since this was my first kitchen remodel, I did not realize all the details and thought that goes into a really well designed kitchen. However, From start to finish, Joe and the NuKitchens staff were better than I could have imagined. I felt at ease as they had every aspect of our kitchen thought out, communicated with us well, and executed perfectly. In terms of the design, they gave us several great options to choose from, while really listened and taking our input into consideration. Our kitchen is well designed as its extremely functional, while being beautiful and classy. The custom cabinets took our kitchen to the next level. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and the service we experienced at NuKitchens. Our kitchen is our new favorite place in our house!

I have had great experiences working with Joe and his staff on multiple projects. Professional, helpful addition to the design team providing a high level of detail, providing quality products on time and on budget! Would highly recommend taking a tour of the showroom which is full of great ideas and new products.

Amazing transformation which absolutely exceeded expectations as far as kitchen design, sticking to timeliness, and overall customer experience. I would highly recommend Nukitchen to anyone looking for an end-to-end kitchen renovation company whose work is simply perfection.

We love our NuKitchen! Our designer, Don, nailed it on the first round and then proactively worked on the details to keep us on a budget we could afford with a design we could brag about. Everyone we dealt with was beyond kind and pleasant to work with. Our designer, Don, followed everything through from the beginning of the design phase to the final details which really went beyond NuKitchens responsibility in terms of scope of work. Any natural hiccup in the process was met with patience and a well thought out, cost sensitive, solution. The installation was overseen by Doug who has a tremendous amount of experience and was readily available to ensure a smooth install. Pauline and Karin at the home office were super friendly and made sure all the little design details and scheduling flowed with all the trades. The owner, Joe gave his team the reigns but was always aware of the progress on our project and had terrific advice at the outset to help keep my easily distracted design eye on budget but still delighted.

I just went thru an extensive and rather exhausting purchasing experience [ because I am a fussy and particular buyer] with Nukitchens. Throughout the process my sales rep, Chris Cross was beyond patient with me no matter what changes I asked him to make.
I think that if I looked up the meaning of custumer service in a dictionary I would find his picture next to the discription. He definitely knows what the word means. It was a pleasure working with him!

I'm leaving a review for Heather. Heather is a wonderful and creative woman. If someone is looking for a premium kitchen designer, she is the person to call. I recommend Heather to any of my customers looking to remodel their kitchens.

Don Clemmenson did an amazing job designing and getting my kitchen island fabricated. He sent out someone to measure and make sure parts would fit in the elevator and made sure the final product was perfect for the space! It's a beautiful piece of work.
