Terrible realty service ! They have the most terrible management service. Their manager won t take any call or reply email from you. Last month, I want to discuss about the rent, I send email to Evie and William. They never replied me! I tried to call Friedman Roth to ask If they can transfer me to them, they won t do it! Every small business should avoid such real estate companies. They believe that you have got a lot of money from the government in the Covid19, so they are not willing to reduce your rent. Once you want to talk about rent, you won't find anyone to help you.
