The overall situation need a lot of improvements in sectors....service concept..breakfast..room etc

Not half as bad as what reviews made us think it would be, everything totally fine and breakfast was great

Tour information and tickets available at the lounge, with pick and drop offs from the hotel.
Cons:
Repetitive, drab breakfast.
Soft, uncomfortable mattresses.

Reception im other building. No info. Loud And rather dirty place.

this Hotel is a big disaster. We are waiting about 1.5 hour for breakfast. Rooms are dirty and almost half things in our room don't work... even soap was used by earlier guests. DO NOT EAT HERE, DO NOT COME HERE !!

Beautiful facility, large and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, sweet and savory; good choice for dinner with various dishes for all tastes. The indoor pool is not so big, but still beautiful; low ambient temperature, when you leave the water you have to cover yourself immediately. Reception and restaurant staff always available.

Nice hotel with a nice rooftop restaurant and bar. The rooftop restaurant have different owners .they have very good food with reasonable prices .staff is very nice and helpful. Went there more than once to try their deicious food on the menu.thumbs up for highnote rooftop .definately to visit again.

I stayed with my boyfriend in this hotel for 4 nights. Competitively priced compared to other facilities, very good quality / price raporapp.
The rooms are very spacious, modern, with a large bathroom and small terrace. Excellent cleanliness, extremely friendly and helpful staff, on the rooftop c "is a splendid swimming pool with loungers for guests, really relaxing. Breakfast (included in the price) is something sublime, choice of every kind, from savory to sweet fruit. On the day of departure we leave our luggage at the hotel until the time of flight, we will definitely be back!

Hotel well located. The description corresponds to what is actually offered. Excellent cleaning service. Comfortable and spacious standard room. Excellent, abundant, varied breakfast. Friendly staff, unfortunately the Italian was not spoken by everyone. Indoor pool well maintained, hot water. The pool and bar on the top floor, unfortunately, were not accessible (mid-May 2019) for maintenance. To be renewed (in our room, I don't know the others) the faucets, a little faulty. The rooms are quiet, well soundproofed. In the period we stayed the international clientele, consisted mostly of tourists in the middle age group, men and business women, few families and a few guys. Suitable for those looking for a quiet and polite, but not too formal.

Very good overall. Nice pool, reasonable rooms and what you expect.

Rooms - TV is ok but many channels do not work but aircon is good, only certain rooms have a view or any reasonable outside space.

Food - breakfast average, didnt bother some days as a result, drinks and food from pool was ok and able to pay by card

Location - great location, right in the best place for most things Malta

Value - price was good for what you get but dont expect luxury, would use again but if you want a posh experience maybe book another hotel

Good hotel, lots of additional services and very knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately structure in the course of maintenance.

The rooms are decent , they don't come with a kettle and the plugs are British except for 1 plug that is European . The rooms are fairly small but have cupboards , a bathroom with a bath tub , sink and toilet and not to forget the pieces of furniture laid out around the room . They provide one pillow per bed but usually leave a spear pillow in the cupboards with inculdes a safe inside . They have a small fridge which has nothing in it unless you spend extra money to get them to provide drinks for you . They do provide shampoo and body lotion along with soap , though , I'd like to mention some of the showers are rusting a little , a good clean might help the showers look more fresh ! . The food is alright , the bar provides more snack-ish dishes and the breakfast has a wide variety of choice but the quality deffinetly is not worth the five stars it has. The trip planner lady was extremely helpful , kind and patient ! I would definitely recommend using her to plan your days out , all you have to do is say where and when and she makes all the calls . The rest of the staff was friendly and quiet . They also have a pool and spa here which are very nice if you want to kick back and relax . Depending on which side of the hotel your room is , you can get a good view , unfortunately , we got a the front of the hotel which looks right into some apartments.

Pulito, ordinato e personale gentile. Molti parlano italiano. Bellissima terrazza con ristorante al settimo piano, con piscina.
Ce anche una bella piscina all' interno.

The hotel is pleasant. In our big room it is very quiet. It's all there, what you need. The breakfast was fine but not great. The pool was very disappointing. It lies on the roof, where it is naturally extremely warm in summer. In addition, the pool is very small and was always populated. The pool is only open from 9:00 to 19:30. After that he is locked for the chlorination. The water is also very chlorine-containing. The location of the hotel is central to the party area. There is no reasonable beach nearby. Valetta can be reached easily via various bus lines.

The hotel is very nice, the qualified and friendly staff alas, but in the bathroom in the room the sink was so small that to wash your face you could not help but wet the floor and the light points of the same were few

Hotel dated but comfortable and welcoming. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Among the services to be appreciated are the restaurants and the breakfast, the wellness center, with indoor and outdoor pools, and a small fitness room with weights and cardio machines. Cleaning and welcome services with something to review but still effective and above the standards of Malta.

Beautiful hotel with oh so friendly staff that is available 24 hours a day.

Public transportation in front of the door (25 meters)
Right next to the hotel entertainment center (no problems with double doors).

Nice lobby, cava room. Declared facilities, dirty swimming pool, paying sauna and steam bath, location is next to a vacant hotel, backside overlooks construction sites. Air conditioning pipes run in front of the Vd room window. 1 night more than long enough. Never again!

Pleasant, beachfront hotel in Sr.Julian's, Malta. We have a generous breakfast. What we disliked was that we stayed in the hotel from Saturday to Saturday, when we arrived, we wanted to wash some of our clothes. It was announced that it would be Monday.
From a 4 * hotel it is unacceptable.

The hotel is clean the stuff smiling but they they have to improve there service at the lobby bar I order a sandwich waiting half an hour and finaly they inform me that it was not possible to have it

I can not say this because I am on tour, but the view from the room is the worst.

Well situated hotel in an area close to the hustle and bustle of St Julians, Malta

Room was shite, pool times weren't adhered to(shut early) worst food iv had in a long time. And shower was built for midgets.

I had booked a superior double bed with a sea view and balcony but unfortunately it's not exactly what I received..
Staff very friendly and accommadating, however the room I got was not updated, as what was shown on booking.
We received twin beds rather than a double bed (I tried pushing them both together but sadly I kept falling in between the partition )..
There was a very large car park which ruined the pleasantness of the ocean view, which would have otherwise been amazing..
The sauna and steam room were switched off.. not too sure why this was.
The Jacuzzi was brilliant and relaxing.
Hopefully the hotel will be finished soon and there were no other notable problems.

I was in a room facing the sea on the first floor so without a balcony, not renovated rooms, anfrasciamato bed, that is old mattresses with a ten centimeter latex covering? Bathroom tired, I did not see the curtain sliding in the shower for quite a while, little functional I have reassembled myself the mirror was distant, and then it would take a nice general cleaning in the room .... the breakfast .... the drinks ... the drinks they give you the machines .... honest price

Excellent hotel, fantastic attention, and spectacular food, Buffett with a lot of variety, the attention in the Buffett something out of itself, they prepare the table and have everything and also constantly check the temperature of the food so that it is never cold. The spectacular views and the very central situation and next to many restaurants and leisure areas. The spacious and very clean rooms. Overall fantastic if I go back I will go to it.

Close to downtown and the beach, sophisticated, well-sized clean rooms, cultured staff. Breakfast is done in a menu system due to C19, which is a bit slow and the dose is low. On the roof, the pool is adequate and drinks are delicious at the bar.

Nothing wrong with the hotel but the location was not what we expected. If you are visiting to shop and eat, you have plenty of selection. But the area has dirty streets and construction. The small area to get into the sea nearby is all rock and dangerous if you are not a strong swimmer.

NOTE NEGATIVE:
Piscina esterna troppo piccola e troppo bassa (praticamente sollazzo solo per fanciulli).
Piscina interna fuori uso (la nostra scelta era stata determinata dalle previste cattive condizioni meteo). Sarebbe stato doveroso un avvertimento nel sito.
TV inspiegabilmente fuori uso per tutto il soggiorno.

NOTE POSITIVE:
Bella struttura. Bellissima la stanza che c'ha ospitato ed il relativo arredo. Ottima posizione per la movida notturna. Ottima colazione.

Very nice, clean, nice and polite staff. Excellent salty and sweet buffet breakfast. It is located in the center so you can walk everywhere.
