We were very dissapointed by this hotel as we are really looking forward for this stay but nothing could go right. First of all the host of the restaurant waited for us to talk in italian to tell him our room number pretending he could not understand any english.

The Breakfast was another disappointment as it was very very basic. In the English breakfast section they had bacon and eggs only, nothing else. we kept doing rounds around the buffet to look for more but there was nothing else.

The light of our room where cut around 10 - 12 times. We called at the reception for maintenance and they came but this happened so many times that I had to get on a chair and stay putting on the light from the circuit braker myself as we were calling them every 10 minutes.

The next morning my girlfriend asked for another fixed blower in another room as we where constantly without electricity and we wanted to check out. When she asked the the housemaid she rudely told her that she just cleaned the rooms and if she wants to use the fixed blower in our room she must call again for maintenance because it was not her problem.

As we like to go to different hotels around Malta for one night this all happened in less than 18 hrs. This hotel has been the worst we have ever to in Malta.

Came 3 times. Great hotel for the price. Unluckily, in 2 of my visits where while they were undergoing renewal works in restaurant and reception. The rooms are big with a good bathroom. However the WiFi is quite slow and from time to time it stops working. In one of the rooms the air conditioning made some uncomfortable noise.

Large room and generally good cleaning.
The beds and mattresses are not comfortable and dated. Room service unfortunately to panic!

It is a convenient place. Both the room and the amenities are also added daily.

Great location. Close to bars restaurants and night life. Large and comfortable room, but without a view. I recommend the pool and the view of the seventh floor terrace.

My first view of the hotel on arriving at 23:00 was breath-taking. The view from my room the next morning, of the sea, was even more captivating. The breakfast buffet was good. What I did not really like was the fact that as a guest at the hotel, I still had to give a deposit of 10 Euros to get a towel, or 25 Euros for a bathrobe for the pool (cash, refundable on return of product). All in all, it wasn't a bad price for a four star hotel

Worst Hotel on Malta. Bad service. Very unfriendly staff. Rooms are old, no mini-bar. Extremely overpriced. Any other Hotel in Malta should be better. Don t go here.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very large rooms and bathroom, great location for walking around

I would rate it more of a 3 star than a 4 star. Have to say hotel is a little dated. The rooms are large and very clean, which is a good thing. Staff very friendly and Helpful. I found the evening meals not hot and basic. in some cases not very warm at all. Which was disappointing. On the other hand breakfast was very good.

Wonderful place, wonderful service, shame that the pool is tiny.

Hotel where I had a great time, with staff always available and friendly.

Way better than the rated 4stars allocated to it. Went as part of a wedding party: this hotel was one of the best ones the guests were staying at, 2nd to the Westin dragonera next door. Great rooms: spacious, clean, modern, functioning iron, mini bar and safe. Nice clean bathrooms. Easy to use Wi-Fi. Helpful concierge & tour reps in the lobby. Efficiently cleaned everyday. Great breakfast selection in the mornings. Rooftop pool & bar was small but nice and never too crowded. Although in a busy tourist area, didnt hear noise from outside in the rooms. Right outside a Hop-on Hop- off bus stop. Would definitely recommend, worth every penny.

Hotel near the sea and the nightlife of Saint Julian. (Paceville district) International breakfast. The large room with balcony, unfortunately not sea view, but view of the condominiums. Overall I would say a decent solution for a few days in Malta.

Recently renovated, but very bad breakfast plentiful but with little listless staff shoddy products we entered surveillance and went out without any control we had friends in the room who have stayed with us in the room huge bed but very solid cushions to make one've got to stack 3

Answer to reply : you didn't replace the machine, I have been there yesterday. Just a lie. And I can assure you that I can use fitness machines in a proper and professional way ;) but in that condition of the equipment it is unfortunately not possible. Sorry to mention that, but it's the truth. You should be happy about the feedback and not insult your clients.

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip at this hotel. I didn't go to the breakfast so I can't tell if it is any good or not.
Rooms: first impression was that it was really really big and I was positively surprised. After the second look I realized that it was only the size which was impressive. The room itself is in bad shape and it looks very old. The wall was dirty at some places where it needs definitely another paint. The mini bar was empty (as business traveler that's really bad :D).
The bathroom was in an even worse shape, there were brown places at the bathtub and on the wall. The shower curtain was also yellow colored and a little brown at the end. I didn't really feel comfortable.
The beds were 2 seperated beds together and too soft, as a single person traveling not really useful.
Gym: the gym is the biggest joke I've ever seen. It is even very dangerous to use in my opinion as the machine for the back training didn't have something to sit on and the cables were already down to the steel! After each use there was a really unhealthy crack sound and I stopped immediately to use it. There is a bench press and some walking trainers to use. The weights are already rusty and your hands smell like old metal after use. If you look for a hotel with a gym, go somewhere else.
Staff: the staff was quite friendly with some exceptions, but overall very helpful. That actually made me give 3 stars instead of 2 stars.
Overall impression: on first look it seems to be a really nice hotel, but if you take a closer look it needs desperately a complete renovation of all facilities in there. Definitely not a golden tulip standard I know from other places in Europe.

Fantastic breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, huge and comfortable beds, fast elevators, including spa and swimming pool on the ceiling. That's what you need to feel like a pasha.

Very bad. I thought they were more serious. They do not accept cancellations and do not reimburse money, even if notified in due time. I had booked the hotel for a holiday at a cost of 480 euros, unfortunately for reasons of family immediate emergency admission "my mother" could not leave, advising the agency in good time. Well, I lost 480 euros. This is synonymous with lack of seriousness. I would have understood the gesture if I hadn't warned in good time or I wouldn't have presented myself. However be careful who you book !!!!!!

Good location and nice entrance, the lobby is huge and opulent. The rooms are quite big, plenty of space and luxurious, with great views.
Close to plenty of restaurants and bars at Paceville, and walking distance to either St. George's Bay and St. Julians Bay.

Great location in St. Julian's. Bed was a little hard and was on casters so it rolled when you moved. Minutes from everything and good Wifi. Recommended for what it is a value stay. Staff was good.

Beautiful hotel. The pool with warm water in the spa is wonderful. Normal breakfasts. In the junior suite the sea view is beautiful! Near full of cafes.

It is simply a youth hostel, no refrigerator, no safe.

Buen hotel, en plena zona de restauracion y de fiesta. Tambien estan al lado varias paradas de autobus.
Las instalaciones estan bien y es muy limpio.
La unica pega que pongo es que en el buffet libre del desayuno no hay demasiada oferta.
