Horrible hotel, no service available at all. Had problems with my booking and they reacted extremely unfriendly and didn't provide any service at all. There are so many other hotels in this area, don't make the same mistake as I did and just book somewhere else.
Clean room, nice and friendly staff. The hotel is located in an excellent area, within walking distance you can reach the bus stops that take you directly to the major places of interest in Malta.
Great stay, and more than reasonable price for the service provided. Breakfast is an incredible included perk and they could easily charge 15 euros for it. The rooftop pool is small but a very nice addition.

The hotel is good although they could repair or replace a few things in the rooms, overall it is clean and cozy very nice and helpful staff. You can sleep well although the air conditioner in the room works very loudly. The rooftop bar and pool very good solution and beautiful views from the terrace. Breakfasts are fairly organized, there is not much choice but the coffee was excellent. Overall, I recommend.
A person who should not even be allowed to stay in a hotel becomes a person in charge and see what happens? Owners of Golden Tulip Vivaldi Hotel: are you really sure your investment is in good hands? Nice location, acceptable breakfast, worn down but fitting to its price scale hotel. All could go well except one person who doesn t want to hear a customer and then lies about it! Even his staff was apologetic afterwards.
The truth is that we were very comfortable and we felt very well treated. The area is also worth it.
A beautiful structure with large rooms two swimming pools and a fantastic breakfast.
It is located in a central place with the bus stop in front of the hotel near the nightlife far enough to not hear anything the night

Nice hotel from the outside with weaknesses in the house. The beds were soft but ok. The chairs in the rooms through. Unfortunately, a slightly musty smell in several rooms. The breakfast was below average. Very positive was the good room cleaning daily. The great view and the balconies are a highlight.
The rooms were large and clean and the staff friendly. The pools are a joke, they are shallow and tiny, the hotel has no beach access. They wanted to charge us for hot water to make cofee and charged 3 euros a day to rent an electric kettle or 1 euro to get hot water in the bar. I would not come here again.

Noise is the biggest problem with this hotel and probably with many other from Malta. This island isn't anymore a touristic destination for relaxation. Day and night intense traffic an constructions destroyed old image of island.
Returning to hotel I appreciate the clean rooms and personal but I can't give more stars.

Large rooms, online prices, super friendly reception staff, indoor swimming pool ... but also outdoor swimming pool on the top floor with a splendid view of the coast of San Giuliano. In front of the casino, near the pedestrian area of the nightlife but still not noisy. Good and varied breakfast.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good food but be extremely careful parking outside it, if you cannot get parked along the street do not park across the road in coach/taxi spot as you will be fined, even if it is for 5 mins in the middle of the night. Unsure if it is a camera or warden hiding but I felt it should be noted on your website to park in garage straight away and not on road especially late when there are no buses/taxis around.

Convenient to the area of bars and clubs of Maltese nightlife and small rocky beach but accessible a few steps from the Hotel

Good location. Big room with nice sea view on free upgrade. Would have been 5 stars but for unfriendly signs in breakfast room saying no items were to be removed on pain of 6 charge.
Great location and helpful staff. We usually don't look for accommodation in hotels that big but I have to say it was a nice change. Good breakfasts, pretty nice rooms with super soft beds and swimming pool on the rooftop.

For starters the place is spotless, went for mothers day lunch, staff and chefs were so nice! A variety of carefully displayed delicious food, healthy dishes too... Was such an awesome experience, thanks again to all staff

Definitely not worth the 4 stars it declares. The room was very large but poor cleaning. The bed sheets had a big hole and in 4 days they were never changed. The laundry, service offered by the hotel, gave us some ruined clothes (no longer available) and they didn't even want to refund us. Breakfast quite large as a choice but not of high quality. My daughter was sick and at 10 we asked if someone would send us to clean the room; the employee arrived at 1.40 pm. In short, you don't expect 4-star service.
The location is ideal, close to clubs, and peace and quiet, a room with a view of the sea with a high standard clean, daily service, breakfast varied, everyone will find something for themselves, I highly recommend!
Good location, staff extremely polite. Excellent choice for breakfast, plenty of sun loungers available beside the rooftop pool and the bonus of an indoor pool-when too hot outside was great. Whilst I appreciate most hotels now use zip-link bed's (so the room can either be a twin or a superking) this hotel should invest in superking sheets, therefore not having to use two top sheets! a small issue but it wouldn't deter me from returning.

The hotel is nice clean the budget just right but it is really cold in the restaurant the air conditioning is too loud :(
