The hotel is old (the equipment was brought in during the Roman Empire), the staff is helpful, but they do nothing. Eat, monotonous for not discerning clients: morning amlet; lunch: broccoli cream soup or pasta with tomato, dinner: french fries, rice ... The beach is beautiful, But 40 meters to the water, the sand will split so much that the slates do not save ... 500 meters to the sea, the hotel bus runs once an hour. There is no mini club from the word AT ALL. or rather from, as it were, but under repair, I attach a photo. Actually, not a hotel, but a guest house, sometimes with very inadequate guests. Excellent hotel! The total area of the three "sister" hotels is large, beautiful, well-groomed. The beach area is wide and long in length, there are volleyball courts. There are many restaurants and cafes, there has never been a crowding and lack of free seats. Just a great pier. With the numbers, too, everything is in order. Decent evening entertainment. Spa services are expensive and do not actually offer discounts for the purchase of multiple treatments.

Nice spacious area in good condition. Great pool area and a great aqua park. Mini clubs and mini zoo are a highlight for the kids. Child care absolutely unbeatable good. Lifeguards are available at the pools and on the beach, doing their job really well and taking their job very seriously. The rooms are functional and clean. Mattresses could be renewed. Staff and service top, always friendly and attentive to the given possibilities. Not to forget that it is a very large facility and the service gets understandably to its limits at peak times. Food is great, quality and quantity perfect. And it tasted good.

The staff is very rude, listless and unmotivated even though the hotel is not fully occupied. It feels like begging for anything. Due to Corona you are not allowed to serve yourself at the buffet, which is fine with us, but the staff doesn't listen to you and immediately turns around even though you still want something, or ignores you. Then you queue up as normal and the order is not followed by the staff! Guests are simply served who crowd in front. Above all, there are guests from the Eastern Bloc who have absolutely no behavior or decency! For example, if you only forget a lemon you have to queue up again and the food will get cold until you are back at the table!
At each "food station" there is a single service person who simply cannot keep up, so the service force is overwhelmed and unfriendly! And unfortunately that is the case at every station !! You are treated like "now take what I give you and go!" sorry but that doesn't work at all! Unfortunately, the food is also very bad! There's the same thing every day! Every day you know which food is where! There are always alternating meatballs, liver and chicken skewers on the grill as the main meal. There is no such thing as normal meat.
Far too few staff are hired to cope with this situation. I even feel sorry for the waiters because they are chased back and forth by their bosses who just stand around! There are more bosses than waiters standing around and doing nothing instead of supporting their staff. You have to wear a mask everywhere and if you've forgotten your own mask, you are not allowed to go to a snack bar! Instead of providing one to the guest, one is sent away !!!! Then you can either walk all the way to the beach, to the reception or to the room to get a face mask! Instead of providing the guest with one !!!!! You don't have to wear stretchers at the table anyway. So think twice about whether all the stress is really worth it! We regret it after a few days! We are far from rest and relaxation!
The rooms are only cleaned to the bare minimum, or not cleaned but always beds made, garbage disposed of and towels changed, nothing else! For a 4.5 star hotel, very bad service!

Do not be influenced by the good reviews, we come to Turkey 3-4 a year and can judge and rate it very well and honestly. The room is clean, towels and bed linen are changed every day. They refilled the minibar, though the selection was not too large (2 water, 2 bubbly water and 2 juice). No alcohol. But the bar had 24 hour service. What I didn t like was that the cats were walking in the restaurant, stopping at the table, and chuckling. There were those who gave and therefore they were more disgraceful. Because in a place like this (5 star hotel) and in the COVID period, when hygiene rules were taken care of everywhere, it was outrageous to see that the cats were everywhere. After that, I couldn t know that there were no compulsions in the kitchen to please them.

Ultra All Inclusive is a little trickery. Try to stay on All Inclusive. Good accommodation, good and varied food. Beautiful beach and swimming pool. There were four of us, our children 3 and 1. The rooms are okay. On cleanliness when purchasing but you should pay attention. A few defects were also immediately recognizable something should not be.
