The room, the cleanliness of the room and everything related to the comfort of accommodation except the sensor on the balcony door for air conditioning
Beach (with all facilities, clean and very close to the hotel)
Very diverse Swedish buffet (1 place for breakfast and dinner, 2 places for lunch) + the 3rd place where Turkish pancakes are prepared in the afternoon and the 4th place confectionery, open in the afternoon
Activity space
Aqua Parc (but unfortunately not for children under 7 ...)
Children's pool (35 cm deep) covered with canvas
Quite large bazaar 6-700 m from the hotel

Internet quality
Non-functional elevator 4 days / 7 (annoying for an ultra all stay including 5 star hotel to climb 4 floors on stairs ....)
Accessibility to information about the benefits in the package, respectively you discover them yourself
Playground quite hidden and much inferior to the status of 5 stars
Hotel activities / games space for a fee
