I am currently in this hotel and I am very dissatisfied! We were here in autumn 2 years ago and were satisfied, that's why we decided to go back
come! But we regret it very much and unfortunately have to stay another week !!
Even the reception was not at all friendly. Not everyone at the reception, but a somewhat stronger lady from the Eastern Bloc received us in a very listless and unfriendly manner. Although the reception is very important for a hotel, we are surprised that such a lady works at reception. She showed us that she is totally unprofessional as she absolutely cannot handle criticism. We have seen that she treats her 'compatriots' very differently! The promise to get a nice room turned out to be ironic !!! Please do not book FAMILY ROOMS here! Family rooms are apparently only on the first floor right next to the loud air-conditioning ventilation exit of the hotel. The rooms are very small!

The staff is very rude, listless and unmotivated even though the hotel is not fully occupied. It feels like begging for anything. Due to Corona you are not allowed to serve yourself at the buffet, which is fine with us, but the staff doesn't listen to you and immediately turns around even though you still want something, or ignores you. Then you queue up as normal and the order is not followed by the staff! Guests are simply served who crowd in front. Above all, there are guests from the Eastern Bloc who have absolutely no behavior or decency! For example, if you only forget a lemon you have to queue up again and the food will get cold until you are back at the table!
At each "food station" there is a single service person who simply cannot keep up, so the service force is overwhelmed and unfriendly! And unfortunately that is the case at every station !! You are treated like "now take what I give you and go!" sorry but that doesn't work at all! Unfortunately, the food is also very bad! There's the same thing every day! Every day you know which food is where! There are always alternating meatballs, liver and chicken skewers on the grill as the main meal. There is no such thing as normal meat.
Far too few staff are hired to cope with this situation. I even feel sorry for the waiters because they are chased back and forth by their bosses who just stand around! There are more bosses than waiters standing around and doing nothing instead of supporting their staff. You have to wear a mask everywhere and if you've forgotten your own mask, you are not allowed to go to a snack bar! Instead of providing one to the guest, one is sent away !!!! Then you can either walk all the way to the beach, to the reception or to the room to get a face mask! Instead of providing the guest with one !!!!! You don't have to wear stretchers at the table anyway. So think twice about whether all the stress is really worth it! We regret it after a few days! We are far from rest and relaxation!
The rooms are only cleaned to the bare minimum, or not cleaned but always beds made, garbage disposed of and towels changed, nothing else! For a 4.5 star hotel, very bad service!

I don't understand the good reviews at all! If the people who wrote these reviews were honest we wouldn't be here now !!!! Do not be influenced by the good reviews, we come to Turkey 3-4 a year and can judge and rate it very well and honestly. Of course we are not that fussy and sensitive and look for mistakes, but for the money it was not worth coming to this hotel the second time!
