The hotel is way too big, not enough staff in the restaurant. Crowded and very loud. Food could be more varied. A la Card Restaurant is unfortunately subject to a charge, but the food there was good in contrast to the normal restaurant.
Children's games and sweets are chargeable.
Room service was good, always fresh towels.
Staff very friendly.
