Golden Coast Resort Hotel Turkey Review

Very bad experience.
Wi-Fi not available, forced to connect in 4 g via our network.
Discussion with the manager who calls in the police .... but where are we going !!!!! Ineligible.
Be careful because anyone coming to reception can get a pass for the room you want and of course enjoy the restaurants and drinks that are not all inclusive .. hard reality when the break is announced ..

Good hotel, in which you want to come again and again.
A hotel with a huge territory, which is nice to walk around, there are a lot of trees, greenery, flowers in the hotel, it is clear that they have invested their soul, beach sand, entrance to the sea and sand itself.
The entertainment program is excellent, live music in the evenings.
Food is good, just not stay hungry.

10.09.2018 I had a great holiday with my family for 5 nights. especially the animation team exhibited extremely nice shows all the team and the employees are all smiling thanks. they answered all our questions in a friendly way. more different altarnatifs can be added to meals. room cleanings could be better.

It was a great place, but this year the quality has deteriorated. The choice of food has become less activity too. 3 stars only because of the excellent beach and water.

Keep your food up to all the other services, everything is very nice

I went here 2 years ago. Staff is very helpful and frendly, food was awesome. The location is very well placed, you can actually relax here after all that work you ve done so you can actually take a one week here( yeah its a little expensive but its worth the money). Here you cand find bars, and you can request any drink from the people that work here. After 4PM, a cafe opens that serves delicious ice cream caffe ( i really recommend it, its excellent)
Every evening theres a show at the pool zone, so you never get bored at any time of the day there.
In conclusion, VON RESORT Golden Coast is a nice place that you can go with all of your family, because here anyone is welcomed

There are about 4000 people in Vonresort, mostly Russians, Germans and Turks. There are sea and pool during the day and various animations at night. Prices are affordable.

Rested in this hotel for the first time with two children, 2 and 5 years old, in late May-early June. And with a small 2-year-old child it is very unpleasant to play in this sand, and it s scary to just walk barefoot, because you must step on some thorn or small sticks, which are driven into the legs like splinters. On the territory of one restaurant, in which food is included and one snack bar near the beach. Between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner, there is nowhere to eat more. Therefore, if the child s daytime sleep does not coincide with the work of these restaurants, then it is necessary to stock up on food in advance, because there is nowhere to eat. and another recommendation, if you choose this hotel, then take with you the trays to take out the food from the restaurant. So how to make food is allowed, but only without dishes.
The hotel is positioned as a child, but really from round-the-clock entertainment only the playground near the reception, which is strewn with fine gravel. There is still a slide on the beach, but go to the beach for 10-15 minutes from residential buildings. Do not count on the mini club, it works from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 17 during the day. The rest of the time to use the club is prohibited. It is locked. In the evening for children twenty minutes mini disco from 20.30 to 21.00. and what you want with the child and do it, you want to ride the gravel on the hill, you want to play the game machines, for an additional fee. I left the hotel today. We were very pleased. The biggest factor in our satisfaction was that the hotel was spotlessly sparkling. I really do not understand the concept/term ultra all inclusive , since if u want to do smth like eat some sea fruit u have to pay like 150 in the hotel and u have to pay extra money for a lot of activities.....well what can i say must be that i didnt understand the services of this resort. They have no ski jet activities or any sea involved activities.

The food type is small but delicious baklava, good drinks are good quality, waiters and bar staff are kind and the related pools and aquapark beach are nice, room cleaning is mediocre reception. the gentlemen does not hear you and it is a nice hotel apart from the uninterested welcome

My feedback relates to the experience from July 22-25, 2020.

Key points are the most important points:
+ The food is delicious
+ The hospitality is palpable.
+ The cleanliness is good.
+ The beach is big and the sand is soft.

-The indoor pool was unfortunately closed.
-Some chargeable services are overpriced and offered in euros instead of the Turkish lira.
-Classic events (not quite suitable for a 5-star hotel
-The hotel was almost empty, despite the high season. Max. because of Covid-19

A little tip: never take part in the evening activities while playing bingo, because the salespeople are all just rip-offs.

A nice hotel, the rooms are clean bright. The location is great, there is plenty of food but not too tasty. The quality of the staff working is unfortunate.

A good hotel but I was after all for better service I have no objections. Above all, the original drinks rooms have weak ants in the room no halo something is wrong. Access to the sea on foot far away but there is busik but overall the hotel is quite ok.

Everywhere bars, swimming pools, dining and aquapark

Great aquapark tubes. Nice all inclusive bar on the pierce, where you can relax listening music on free sunbeds with umbrelas or jump to water from pierce in open sea. There are lifeguards on pierce. So, even children enjoy to jump and dive here, and water is much cleaner than next to theshore (which is a bit owercrowded).

We have been spending my top summer holiday here for 3 years. Cleanliness is super, the number of dishes and var. Social activities are nice.

Vonresort is the largest hotel in the area. From 7 to 77 here is something for everyone. A place where you can find what you call.

We liked it here very much. The hotel is clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok, and comfortable for us. The terrace was good. A few shops are also on site. You can walk to the beach or take the shuttle service. There are several pools as well as entertainment and shows in the evening.

Quite a passive hotel compared to before the pandemic but still nice

I liked the hotel very much. Huge territory. Lots of pools. There is a quiet zone, there is a noisy one - discos until the morning. Playgrounds on site and on the beach. Children's club. Children's pools. In general, the children will have something to do. I liked the water park very much. There are no crazy slides. Guinea fowls roam the territory, you can see hedgehogs. You can swing in hammocks, or on swing benches.
In this hotel you will definitely not be hungry: breakfast, hamburgers in the water park, lunch, afternoon tea on the beach, dinner. Just have time to spend calories. ))

Nice pool. But you have to wait way to long on a beer. Even when its 40 degrees they put beer in a even hotter glas. The food was pretty much the same evry day. I will never go back

The room I received was an impromptu. Instead of a standard double room as it was on the ticket, I got an improvised room, it was a double room with 2 single beds, pushed one to the other, you could barely go out on the balcony. Plus spider panes beside the furniture, as if no one in that room would have stayed (although I left the 20E tip at the reception) for a better "room".
In addition to the room that was in front of the room where cleaning equipment was stored, the day we went to the room to sleep for an hour or two, you could not quite because of the noise in the dream room.
The food in the main restaurant was not very varied, every day in principle the same food, rarely something changes.
Being a hotel that is part of a complex of 4 hotels, you do not really know what you have access to or what you do not have access to. From a bar when we asked for juice on the beach, they told us to go to another bar that it's not for us.

I am staying at the hotel right now, they give great importance to cleanliness and hygiene, although landscaping is a large area, it is very well maintained and clean beach is fine yellow sand and it does not exceed the size immediately. very clean staff friendly and solution oriented evening animation could have been a little more professional. Many places like swimming pools and sports locations within the hotels + the sea is within two minutes reach! (if you take the hotel bus that rides every minute)
But.
The Wi-Fi doesn t work in rooms if you have one that s far away from the lobby. Though you still have some chance of receiving at least some internet if you sit outside.
Other than that: great service, free food that s located almost everywhere, friendly staff (most of them speak Russian or English besides Turkish) and there s a supermarket located within 5 minutes walk-time from the entrance.
P.S.
Everyone mentions the local aquapark, but to be honest, it s not that great. Just one small and one middle-sized swimming pools with some water slides. The water slides are pretty short and all of green level. It s pretty decent for kids as they can slide off and get back to slide again very quickly, but it gets pretty boring for people of 12-13+ years old.

It is a suitable place for a family vacation. The staff is very friendly and they try to help in all matters. When we stated that my mom had a gluten allergy, everyone from customer service to the kitchen helped and created special meals. Animations are not in the style of strangling people and the animation team is of high quality. All the buildings in the hotel are two-storey houses and there is a very spacious environment. We have stayed in many facilities in the region before, but the friendliness and service of the employees were really different from the others.
