Made some whiskey glasses from a class on glassblowing. Super fun and informational. Extremely invested staff with wide knowledge base. Involving and exciting and I would recommend to anyone to try this. Loved it

Really a hidden gem in Reading. Great art and you can also take classes here. Be sure to swing by often to see new installations on the ground floor. Local artists rent out offices on the 3rd floor. Check out their work!

I had enrolled in a Spring course that was interrupted by the COVID virus. I received several emails with surveys asking about my preferences for resuming class either online or in person. I communicated with them by email after those surveys were completed and told they were still waiting for everyones responses. Fast forward several months and i start receiving emails advertising new classes. I emailed Goggleworks about the status of the one i had been enrolled in and was told they had completed the profram online but "lost my contact". Really???? Once you enroll in a proram, you are on their mailing list. They knew how to find me to send multiple surveys and advertisements for classes. Very disappointing

Great, friendly staff. Hit or miss with the instructors. Seems the only snobbish cliques are the students. You have the one who won't shut up. The cliques who don't talk to anyone. However, the teachers are great, esp. in the watercolor class. The painting instructor Carlos Ruiz (and I wish him well) but he had the gall to paint on my painting. Thats a no-no. He was too focused on his career and I'm glad its taking off.

I have gone here for several occasions and it is a very nice place. You can rent space to have events(I.e parties). There are also dance classes and there was a recent wedding expo. They have a calendar in order to see all upcoming events.

As a venue, nothing special. Okay off the street parking but gets crowded fast. Not familiar with what else is offered at this location to be honest. Interesting choices with films. Hope to go back over the summer.

My 5 year old son and I are so grateful for the time we spent here. I highly recommend taking a guided tour if you have that opportunity - we did because we went with a school group. The glass blowing studio and the ceramics studio are off the hook exciting.

All in all, the center is brimming with inspiration and good people. Our family gives it a wild 2 thumbs up!

Everything was perfect! The staff, from front office to maintenance were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I couldn't have chose a better place to hold the babyshower! Very friendly correspondence with Margaret, our event coordinator who was always available to answer my questions. You truly rock at your job! Thanks GoggleWorks!!

It's a good repurposing of an old factory into a creative arts space. The old freight elevator edges between charming and dire need of replacement. The passenger elevator next to it has never worked in the 3+ years that I have made my annual visit for IullXCon. I come every year for IX. It's a wonderful 5 day event that allows me to soak in some of the best in SF/F art.

My daughter got married here and had her reception here too. Great alternative to the "barn weddings". The management here is impressive and responsive. They definitely aim to please and are very responsive to your requests and needs. I would recommend this venue.

Every time I come here, I am absolutely amazed. Especially with the glass blowing because of the skill and discipline that goes into making any glass piece. I think they also have sip and paint classes which would be a great date night idea! Next time I see one being advertised, I m taking my lady.

The Goggleworks has beautiful artwork, a wonderful giftshop, and such friendly workers! It's just a beautiful place to visit on a Saturday, or really any day of the week. I hope to go back and visit again real soon!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Walking the halls to look at all of the amazing art is a day we'll spent. The teachers are warm and encouraging. It's a real place of Community.

We came here for a wedding reception, and was blown away by the venue. With a cafe and gift shop on the first floor, and multiple art exhibits and studios on the additional floors, there was plenty to see while waiting for the bride and groom to have their photos taken. The architecture of the building is industrial and just as artistic and the art. The venue where the reception was held was light and airy and just perfect. The food and staff was tasteful. We had a great experience today.

Came here for a wedding. The event space is nice, the staff was attentive as well. I would love to come back and check out more of the art. The building is huge and I feel I barely scratched the surface of it.

Originally went to see one exhibit and found myself in Goggleworks for almost 3 hours exploring the floors throughout this huge art center. So worth a day trip! Goggleworks offers all sorts of classes, free admission to their galleries amd your also welcome to watch classes in progress. Also, it IS photo friendly, so long as you leave the flash on your camera off. Lots of upcoming events and offers something for everyone, from young to old. Goggleworks gets a 5 star review as one of the best creative outlets in the Reading, Pa. area! Just Go!

I was at the goggleworks for a special event, illuxcon. It was a nice exhibit of a variety of fantastic art. The building itself is an old Warehouse or Industrial site. Lighting was fine in some places and difficult in others. The biggest problem was getting around the building. There was a relatively small staircase to move between the four floors of the exhibits. The elevator for the building was remote and hard-to-reach on different floors and required a staff member to operate. This made it difficult to navigate at times.

Always a fun and educational experience at the Goggle Works. I volunteer every fall for their art show fundraiser. I have sold some of my photographs at their gift shop. Free parking and a movie theater with a digital projector.
