I had a smog check done at a local center and it was a satisfactory experience. The staff was professional and the process was smooth. I would recommend their service without hesitation.
I called once and they said they would come by, and they never came. I usually like to give the benefit of the doubt so I called back two days in a row and it went voicemail. Finally I called one more time a few days later, and I gave all my car info (again), and I was told somebody would come by around noon and they would call me when almost here. I didn t hear back after this. I have to say it is pretty unprofessional and disappointing. For anybody trying to sell their car to them, if they don t get back to you after one try just give it up and find somebody else, because these people will just waste your time. After giving up on these people I found another buyer for junk cars, and handled the transaction within 1.5 hours.
Selling a car is a tedious process but with the help of this company it was easy. I phoned them regarding my damaged car and they assured me that they would be able to purchase it. I was happy with the amount quoted seeing that the repairs were going to cost more then the actual car was worth.
All of the people I dealt with were kind, and they honored their word. I saved a lot of time and now I have my driveway back.
For an easy way to sell a junk car I suggest them for sure.
I had my car for nearly ten years so it was in pretty poor shape when I finally decided to upgrade so I didn't think that it would be worth anything at all. I hadn't even considered selling it for scrap because I thought it would be more hassle than it was worth but a friend persuaded me to give it a try. I called a few places around the area but none of them would make me a decent offer until I came across this place. Not only were they extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car so didn't have to spend ages explaining, but also the offer they gave me blew all the others away. I only wish I'd gone to them sooner! Thoroughly recommended 5 star.
This was a new experience for me. I never had a car break down on me where the repairs would be excessive. My mechanic told me that the blown head gasket was going to run me over a grand to fix. It did not seem worth it to fix the car so I wanted it sold.
Good people who got me paid out in cash. The price was good because I called a couple of places like lkq, but they weren't able to give me as much for my car. My only regret is cash for clunkers ain't around anymore otherwise I could have used it on that new car purchase. But this was the best option I had.
