Excellent services. Jennifer was incredibly helpful and helped restore my faith in property managers! I definitely recommend them.

Really efficient service and more importantly really friendly staff. Felt very welcome the moment I stepped in the door. Easily the best experience I've had with any Real Estate.

I'm so happy with Godwin Witten Realty! I looked at a unit on a Friday morning recently, liked it and needed to move in as quickly as possible. The staff went out of their way to make this happen for me and by that afternoon I moved in! Everyone at the agency were very supportive, friendly and totally professional, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great real estate agency.

We couldn't thank Jennifer enough for her outstanding communication and customer service skills through out our application process we viewed our new home on Thursday and had our new lease signed by the following Wednesday the service we received was fantastic considering how busy the realty was with other properties, we cannot wait to start our tenancy with Jenny as our property manager who has also shown us nothing but kindness and great customer service skills.

After trawling a lot of different agencies in cairns looking for a rental property for our family after relocating from NSW. Godwin Witten were the best customer service we received hands down. Jennifer and her team welcomed us like friends when we arrived in Cairns. We were looking for a 'humble abode' to rent but were cared for and treated as though we were about to rent 'a mansion'. Absolutely cannot fault them, I came in crying and upset from a bad private rental but Godwin Witten Realty managed to find me an apartment to move into on the day and did everything in their power to help me. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond. 5 Stars!

Poor service, thanks to margaret cone and carol cawsey we were ignored for various maintenance issues, water problems and other issues, carol is the most arrogant and rude person i have ever met, if you question carol and margaret you are either breached for a made up issue or you are issued with a notice to leave, DO NOT allow this agency to manage your property and DO NOT rent a property from this real estate agent

Carly is a great property manager there and will look after you. Very good at her job.

FYI prospective tenants: according to the Act, no money is to exchange hands prior to viewing/signing the tenancy agreement and associated documents unless it's for a Holding or Key Deposit.....in which case, the receipt issued must clearly state this. This wasn't the case with my dealings with Godwin Witten Realty when I was directed to pay a rental deposit before seeing/singing the agreement and then refused a refund when I reneged within 24 hrs (husband was yet to co-sign) due to an sudden and unexpected change in personal circumstances.

Very poor standards. Ideally, no one should have to prompt a Property Manager to comply with legislation. I ended up receiving a refund in full when I refuted the PM s initial decision.

On another note, Coral Young I believe is the person responsible for recently berating a family member of mine in front of an audience of staff and clients at the front desk counter. My sister had left the office with her tenancy agreement in hand to take it to the vehicle her partner was waiting in (he was taking a work call) so he could co-sign it, which he did; when she returned, Coral stated that she had been standing out the front of the office watching her (really odd stalking behaviour) and insisted that she witnessed her forge the signature and then proceeded to berate/humiliate her while in the presence of others by continually refuting my sisters claims.. When my sister s partner came into the office to advise that he did in fact sign the agreement, Coral didn t bother leaving her office to speak to them.

As a result, my sister, being young and yet to develop the tools to deal with people like Coral, was really upset and has since retracted her tenancy application.

Coral: Very poor form. It s common practice for recruiters to google prospective employees to see what it returns. I sincerely hope you receive some positive feedback to balance out the negative that specifically names you on Google Review. Either that, or just stay with Godwin Witten where it appears your behaviour is indulged.

When looking for a small unit to rent, I found everyone at Goodwin Written Realty to be very professional, efficient and friendly. They found the perfect place for me very quickly. I can only recommend them!

Worst agency in town. Renters and owners be warned.

Friendly and attentive staff, honest and never increasing rent or conditions. A great realty to be with.
