4 years ago I wrote a review for H & T Collision Center for repairing my soon to be exhusband's truck ( The Green Silverado ). I am getting another truck that needs some serious body repairs. I only trust the best & thats why I'm going back to H & T Collision Center!!! Can't wait to see how this one turns out!!!

I have taken my vehicle there twice. I was rear ended by a texter and another time was when someone driving a SUV with a Uhaul trailer miss judge the distance and took out my rear bumper. They have done a wonderful job with my vehicle. Will not take my SUV to any other body shop. Everyone there is friendly.

My second time with H&T. A different vehicle, with hit and run rear quarter panel damage while parked innocently on the street. First of all, H&T is a State Farm preferred shop. They responded quickly once my claim was placed, they evaluated the damage, and got me scheduled for the repairs.
They kept me informed along the way, including regarding a delay because the replacement panel was delivered with more dents than the one being repaired. That only held up the job a couple of days. When the vehicle was delivered, it had been cleaned inside and out, and the repaired areas looked better than new. This is the type of business you don't want to have to visit too often, but they do a great job when the need arises.

Just had a very great experience with the crew at H&T. Amazing work was done on the vehicle. Able to accommodate for things very easily. Justin, deals with USAA and was very frequently giving me phone call updates about my vehicle. Very happy with the service here. Would recommend to anyone looking to get any work done on your vehicle.

Our recent experience with H&T Collision was first class from start to finish. We trusted them with our vehicle based on recommendations from two friends and we could not be MORE pleased. Whether we were in contact with the front office or Justin, we always received excellent customer service. Our vehicle service was completed promptly and professionally and it was returned to us in like new condition, meticulously clean inside and out. Based on our experience, I highly recommend H&T. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I would highly recomend these guys! I had a complicated case with a stollen recovery. The entire process was no fun but these guys were awesome. They really stepped up and went above and beyond to be sure everything was perfect when they didn t have to. I really appreshiate everything they did to take care of us!

My truck was totaled but they took great care preserving it before the decision. When I came to pull out equipment they offed to help if I needed it. They were very friendly and will use them in the future if needed.

A wonderful experience with a group of professionals. I had a minor front end collision on a Thursday morning at 7 am. I arrived at H&T and left my car with them. They price matched for me, getting the overall costs down and had my car back to me on Monday. The car looked great and had even been details. They got me in quickly and made me feel like I was at the right place.

They were very professional and thorough. I will definitely be going back if I ever have any more car issues!

Seriously, the best all around, hands down. H and T collision, specifically Dan at the collision center, went above and beyond to help me and my family. I stupidly ran into a pole and acquired about 2000 worth of damage. Unfortunately, this happened around Christmas time, and they were thus swamped at their shop. After taking the time to estimate the damage and despite their overall busyness/ lack of appointment times available, Dan insisted I bring my car in right away as to him it was not safe to be driving around with my 2 year old son in my vechile. They were super accomadating, professional, and timely. I did enjoy my rental car, it certainly was an upgrade, but when i got my car back, it looked brand new. They even popped out a previously damaged panel from a completely unrelated accident, just to be nice. They also washed my car and did not dirty up the inside whatsoever. I would highly recommend their business.

H & T guys are indeed helpful and professional. I supposed the dent on the bumper could be fixed easily, but they totally changed a new one for me. The car looks like a new one with this splendid new bumper. Thanks to their beautiful work!

I ve used this collision center a couple different times for various reasons and have never had a bad interaction or experience. This is the best place around hands down! Justin is the man and I ll be using them regularly now that they have a service center

I've had three vehicles repaired by H&T (one of them twice!) Each time they have done a great job of paint/body repair. They are also friendly and professional. They are a little slower than some places but that's because they take the time to do it right. Highly recommended.

Excellent staff and Quality service. They saved me almost $1000 because other autos hops were trying to get me to buy all this other stuff that was not needed. 10/10 would come again and recommend.

I braced myself for a complicated time, but the entire process was surprisingly smooth. They told me exactly what to expect & ended up finishing the job earlier than I had anticipated. I had my doubts when they said they were just gonna repair & repaint the existing bumper, but they did such a fantastic job, it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Impressive group of techs and management folks. Dropped my 2016 Fort F-150 Platinum off after receiving 8k worth of body damage, and the truck looks new. They washed and buffed it out also, really professional work. Was contacted at regular intervals and kept up to date with their progress. These new all aluminum trucks are notoriously hard to work on, and they demonstrated why they are the best in the Tidewater area. I highly recommend.

I brought my 20 year old mustang here after my neighbor backed into me. My whole drivers side fender was toast and the door wouldn t open as well. H & T replaced and repainted the fender and also fixed the door to perfection. The paint matched perfectly which was my biggest concern on such an old car and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Justin was very helpful and even contacted me twice a week to update me on my car and what was going on. Couldn t be happier with the result and a big thanks to Justin and everyone else at H & T!

H&T painted 2 of my vehicles and repaired another 2 post accident. The work is top notch and every time my vehicles came back better than when I got the cars. One of my vehicles was painted by them, almost 8 years ago, and still looks just like it did when I got it back from them. Excellent customer service, materials and turn around time! You can trust this place!!!! And now they do mechanic service work too....my go to place for ANYTHING car related. Thanks H&T! Especially to Troy and Dan.

Quick turn around with a fender bender, and a very thorough inspection noticing damage where nobody else did. Excellent work and even went above and beyond to plug a hole in my tire! I wouldnt go anywhere else to have work done!
