I was there today with my mother and our server Jacalyn helped us. Jacalyn was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. She gave such excellent service! The buffet was well-organized and the store was clean and inviting. What a great experience!

Service was not good. Staff was unprofessional, and we were quoted 15 minutes for food that took 40 minutes to finally come out. The customer ahead of us waited so long they stood up and cancelled their order. No word from the manager on the extremely exaggerated wait time. Will NOT be returning to this location.

I called ahead to place my dine-in order. I specifically said it was for dine-in. When I arrived, I paid & asked for a water cup. They said it'd only be a few minutes. I got my water, napkins/silverware & sat down in the dining room. Not hard to find at all. Both servers (1 guy, 1 girl) both walked by me a couple times. After waiting 20 minutes, I flagged down the female server & asked about my pizza. She didn't know I was waiting for one. She went to ask the guy, and I heard them arguing about it. He didn't know where I went. She said I was sitting right there, and he got all exasperated & said "Oh my God, that's so annoying when they do that!" I told her I overheard, so she gave me a free cookie. She also said it had been ready & sitting in the window. I don't know how much common sense it takes to put 2 & 2 together???? I wish I could get my tip back.

Well, we are still sitting here after over 30 minutes of waiting and they gave our food to the wrong person with the same name but not the same last name. And I completely understand why they would get it mixed up but before they did we were still waiting for a last 20 minutes. I understand they get it mixed but the food they were about to give us until we said something they just took it to the back and at least could have given us something extra like a cookie or wings from the order they were going to give us. I m not trying to sound rude or anything but like come on.

Ordered online, but somehow store was switched to N 30th. Awesome employee and manager helped determine MY error, and offered to make it fresh here. Truly great service today. Great drive up window too!!

I've eaten here often for more than 30 years... even back to when it had a raised center area in back, and games near the back door. When I think pizza, I think Godfather's first.

In the last few years this place has been updated and upgraded physically, but the service has suffered. The last few times I ordered I ended up waiting for a few extra minutes as I watched the employees run around confused, the last time I ended up with an incorrect pizza... and entire wrong pizza.

Tonight I got there at the time quoted for pickup and was met with confusion. The employee asked for my name, then my phone number, and after pulling up my order and wandering into the back, he came out and told me that it would be put into the oven in 10 minutes... what was I gonna do... I said I'd wait. I then waited for 45 min as I watched customers stack up. I was alone for 10 min, then as many as 8 people were stuck waiting for pizzas, all waiting next to each other in the time of Covid. I saw two orders picked up between arriving and leaving, so I have no idea where all these pizzas they were making were going... I guess delivery?

I finally got my pizzas after I was again asked for my name and phone number, the order was correct, but the chese was already starting to congeal... My guess is that it may have been out of the oven for a while before boxing. We had to put them in the oven at home to try to freshen them up again, but they weren't as good.

The Godfather's restaurant literally across the street from the world headquarters should be better than this. Doesn't bode well for the entire org.

The tiny takeout location out on 153rd and Maple is WAY better, in that they actually make pizzas fast and right.

Caitlen was the sweetest employee, and she deserve...

Caitlen was the sweetest employee, and she deserves a dang raise!!! It was my first time visiting this location and it was some of the best service I have received. All of the managers were absolutely delightful as well. Highly recommend this location!! Pizza currently tastes fresh and delicious!

Let me tell you about my experience just yesterday...

Let me tell you about my experience just yesterday... I ordered 2 medium pizzas, a dessert pizza, and some garlic bread. Simple right? Well, at first, they had DoorDash deliver my stuff. (yes I know, it's not God Father's fault they messed up.) I got the wrong order. So I called them and the manager was just as upset as I was that I didn't get the right food so she sent my stuff BACK out and I got it fresh... BUT... When the actual God Father's delivery person got here, I didn't have my dessert pizza.... (You would think that they'd check and make sure before they left..) Anyway, so she called and gave me back my money for the dessert pizza and still delivered it. Cool. Fine and dandy. Finally my dessert pizza got here but it was the wrong one.... Three separate times they got my order wrong or messed something up. Guys, it's not that hard to look at an order and pick out what you need. I've never had a problem until last night. I'm glad that I got everything and when it got here it was fresh and I'm glad I got that refund. But some more training or even a more watchful eye would really help out when getting orders out. That's all.

Okay my delivery guy, Trevor I think his name was. I could be wrong. He forgot my soda, I wasn t worried about it but he ended up coming back less then 15 minutes later with two sodas and a cookie cake thing for me. That guy deserves a raise

Good thing pizzas still good when it's cold. Took 3 hours to deliver from 108th and fort to 108th and Ida... Will never order from this location again. I called twice first lady was extremely rude and the second lady was much nicer. She explained that they only had two drivers and she told me they should be here soon and if they aren't in 15 minutes to call again. Pizza did arrive about 15 minutes after that. Still good pizza like I said, just heated it in the microwave. Paid $30 for reheated pizza though.

Man oh man this place! Every single time there is a problem when I order here, I mean this literally! The pizza is wrong almost every time, if you call and Lord forbid they actually answer the phone they put you on hold for at least 4-5min everytime, then they give you different delivery times? Anyone? Oh and a credit for bad service? They'll forget it, or not mark it down, or no Manager, or some excuse! It's everytime. Ridiculous. I've gone through this location at 108th and fort for 4 years and it's never changed!

Usually great experience. We love their taco pizza. Ordered taco pizza without onion, it had onion on in. No big deal they gave us a credit. Used the credit and they messed up that

pizza, they replaced that pizza and this one had no sauce on it. At that point we decided just go to another location or not at all. Way to expensive to keep having issues. I'm thinking they need more training or better supervision.

Nothing special. Ordered twice received mediocre pizza first time and burnt pizza second time. Ate at Buffett twice and the first time it was ok, they had shredded salad mix (looked like lettuce). The second time i ate there, which happens to be today the place was crowded and in sitting there 20 mins I only had 2 pizza slices and a salad. They were out of pizza at tbe buffet counter for 20 minutes. The lady claimed someone failed to put pizzas in the oven on time that were needed to replenish the buffett. Either way ate 2 slices n salad friend ate 2 slices for 27.49. The pizza sauce wasnt good and the combo pizza was burnt and had big bubbles in the dough on the edges. IM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION FOR SURE.

Ok guys! Seriously, this location
(N. 108th St) is fantastic! Just left here and had to review because most people only review the bad experiences. The people at this location are so nice, ALL of them! The pizza was Super yummy! The place was very clean. I noticed that all the employees were laughing and having fun, seems like a good environment and fun place to work! We got taco pizza and it was excellent. They have claw machines that are fun for the little people... and me Haha. Anyway, thumbs up! We will make the drive to this location!

It's no secret that they're overpriced for what their food is. So it was no surprise when my bill came up well over $50 for 3 pizzas. What was a surprise was when their driver told me they don't accept $100 as a payment.

Nowhere on their site is this disclaimed, and the driver has the nerve to tell me "he'll come back with the change" Are you kidding me? Never ordering from this company again. I'll stick with my Little Caesers. Same quality for 1/6th the price

Pickup time was 6:18. It s 6:38 and I m still waiting with about 10 other people. Lots of laughter in the back and 1 young man trying to help everyone up front. It s Been 40 minutes so far to pickup 1 pizza.? Anyway hope to get my 1 pizza soon.
Ended up getting pizza at 6:55, was a good taco pizza but may think twice about ordering at this location again.

Nothing beats Godfathers green olive pizza! Except hot green olive pizza.

The online ordering has some kinks at the location level. Second time we ve experienced long delays.

We ordered online and pulled through at the appointed time. It wasn t ready yet and the attendant looked as if no one had checked the online orders. She told us to pull through to a waiting spot and it would be out soon.

We waited 35 minutes and then finally went inside to inquire. It was sitting on the counter and was barely warm. They forgot us :(

I can understand being short on delivery drivers. I can understand being busy. What I don't understand is their full out lying to a customer and then saying it is their fault their food is late. I am beyond angry because the manager on duty just insulted and degraded my family for something not in our control. The manager on duty is failing to alert customers that order online that they have a two hour delay tonight and then lying to them and saying the driver is on the way with out checking their order number or confirming their name or address. We are far from done and after this PATHETIC excuse for management, ethics, business practices, and decent human morals I am not surprised to see such a low rank. We aren't done until the manager apologizes to my mother for verbally attacking her and I know that the owner is going to make sure this never happens again.

I visit Omaha a lot. I always get a pizza from one of the locations. But this location, always an issue. Last time the manager on duty, corrected the issue. But this time, whoever this manager is, refuse to correct the issue. If she's okay losing a customer, I'm okay not spending my money.

Ordered food 45 minutes in advance online and when I showed up they hadn't even started making my food. I could hear the manager in the back reading off my order and asking for it 'on the fly'. The manager would eventually make their way out to me to apologize for the wait and offer a dessert cookie pizza on the house which was nice, but I had already ordered a dessert so I didn't want two. She just looked at me after I explained this to her and said she was sorry again and walked away. They then hid in the back as several other customers waited in frustration in the lobby..... my order was finally given to me 35 minutes after the time I had originally requested it to be ready when ordering online. I will be very hesitant to order from here again and instead consider other pizza restaurants that may be further away from home that I won't have to deal with situations like this with. Poor customer service all the way around and employees even openly admit around customers that they 'can't wait to get off' and 'HAVE to come back to work tomorrow unfortunately'.

I've had some really good experiences at this location (that's why I gave 3 stars not one) just not lately. :( I always pick up because there are none in my delivery area, I've waited as long as 30 mins, and wasn't upset because the food was right and they were friendly. Today wasn't a long wait, they called and let me know they were out of the mozz loaded crust I had ordered which I said was okay. No big deal. But I picked up the order and realized when I got home the wings were buffalo, not bbq. I decided it wasn't a big deal but they actually we're so spicy I couldn't even eat them. And they still charged me the extra money for the crust they were out of. The pizza was good but this was just a very disappointing experience. I have always been patient when you guys are busy, but I at least want to get what I ordered and not be charged for something I didn't get.

I ordered online. Arrived to get my order, checked my pizza and it was made incorrectly. I waited for a new pizza to be made. I was offered a free soda while I was waiting and declined. Instead I asked for a gift certificate for my next visit. The counter person was not happy about that and made no attempt to hide her attitude. I said I am sure your manager can do that. When my pizza was done and my order given to me I was not given a gift certificate and again requested one. The counter person again was upset by this and said she would get her manager. The manager came out and asked me what I wanted and I told her I would like a gift certificate for my next visit. She informed they do not do a gift certificate but would credit my entire order to my phone number for my next visit. I didn't expect my "entire" order to be credited but was more than pleased with her doing so. It is the second time I have had my order made wrong and I appreciate the manager doing this. All without a bad attitude. I'll eat here again.

2 of my last 3 orders placed on line took over two...

2 of my last 3 orders placed on line took over two hours to deliver, but the estimated time was 50 minutes on the order email confirmation. The last order was placed at 5:50 PM and not delivered until 8PM. I had $3.75 delivery fee and I had already put $5 on the prepaid order for driver tip. Phoned them and it took 5 minutes for a person to pick up the call. HIRE SOME PEOPLE TO FULFILL CUSTOMER ORDERS!!! -Otherwise what's the sense in being in business???

Ordered a pepperoni pizza online and it took over an hour to get here, only to be stale and all the pepperoni were falling off, like was it a cheese pizza and they just put the pepperoni on last minute in the warmer? So disgusted and disappointed! Don't waste your money! Will not have godfather's again!

Our party of 7 dined in. Our order took 30 minutes for 3 pizzas. Service was okay. The place has been updated inside and out. Last time we ate there the ceiling was leaking and big trash cans were in use to catch the water. It s not the best pizza I have ever had but it tasted good. The kids loved it.

I have ordered here for a few years now and the service was excellent everytime. But tonight I don't know who that was that answer the phone she was so rude!! I placed my order then thought about how much money I was spending and called right back to cancelled with the same minute and she laugh in my face and hung up. I am not breaking a $50 for rude service. It's bad cause my family love Godfathers Pizza and we live close. I rather drive out the way to another location then deal With that ride person.

We've ordered from this location several times, each time the service has been amazing and the food delicious! The deals they offer make the price far better than any other pizza place in Omaha. We arrived just a few minutes before our order was ready and were given drinks, were offered complementary treats, and other delightful services while we waited. The store is well kept, clean, and organized, everyone we talked to was incredibly polite! Thank you Godfather's off 108th and Maple!
