On Nov 27, 2017, I rented a medium helium tank for 95.93 to pick up on Dec 2, 2017 to be used Dec 3, 2017 for a baby shower. On Dec 2 I paid a 50.00 deposit, picked up tank and regulator. The purpose of the helium tank was to blow up over 100 balloons, to give the affect of bubbles for an Under The Sea Theme... Got to the venue to setup and we couldn't get the top off of the tank to put the regulator on. Couldn't use the helium tank. On Dec 4, 2017 took tank back and explained what happened. They didn't even give me an apology, then 2 men and a lady came outside and one man was able to get the top off which wasn't easy, and the other man made a remark to him you didn't eat your cheerios. He had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted to use it. Then he check to make sure helium was still in it and said it's Full.. I think they should have given me some of my money back!!!! U satisfied customer!

We purchased our own 12 inch balloons for an event and planned to rent a helium tank to fill them. However, when we compared prices at O-Go's to rent the tank or have O-Go's fill them, it was less expensive to have O-Go's fill the balloons for us. We were very disappointed to see the 12 inch balloons were not properly filled to their fullest and appeared as if they were 9 inch balloons. I would not recommend O-Go's for filling balloons. It was nearly $100.00 for 60 latex and four number balloons. No small investment for the small size of the balloons. Very disappointed
