I went to Folsom Life Chiropractic after a minor car accident. This was my first time at a chiropractor and Dr. Allen took care of me. He made sure to explain and review everything he was doing and also how to take steps to become healthier.

Folsom Life Chiropractic is great! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful, especially Dr. Allen. I had chronic headaches for years because of my neck and upper back pain. My first time there I was very nervous about having my neck adjusted. Dr. Allen was patient and understanding. He explained what he would do and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. His reassurances were soothing enough to put me at ease, and then the adjustment was so fast that I barely had time to feel anxious about it. My neck felt better after just one adjustment. I am continuing treatment for several weeks because Dr. Allen is treating my neck pain as an acute injury. I have been adjusted 5 or 6 times now, and I always feel great afterward. When I go a few days in between adjustments I can feel a little bit of pain creeping back in. I feel that Dr. Allen correctly diagnosed the causes of my pain--after just a few minutes of discussion and a preliminary exam--and then prescribed the proper length of treatment and number of adjustments to treat them. I am totally satisfied, and I look forward to my adjustments. I recommend Folsom Life Chiropractic for anyone, especially someone nervous about being adjusted.

Last year, Dr. Geoff Allen was my saving grace and he continues to be. I severely pulled my groin and had issues with my gluteus medius and hamstrings too. I was in a lot of pain!
Doc Allen took the time to listen and assess the issue with the goal to get me moving swiftly again. It took a bit of time; with patience and determination we worked through the injury. He's knowledgeable, kind, and a genuine good person.

This is a long due review that I should have written 2 months ago. My shoulder was in so much pain and a co-worker recommended seeing a chiropractor with A.R.T. expertise. Found Folsom Life Chiropractor on Google. Made a call to the office at 4pm and was seen at 5pm ! Thank you, Dr. Allen, for seeing me despite your already full appointments that day. I think I found the best Chiropractor and Doctor ever ! I was able to swing my arms around the next morning after first treatment while I could not even lift up a jar of milk the morning before. Ever since then, Dr. Allen had not just treated my shoulder but also my pelvic, elbow and knee problems. In my opinion, Ar. Allen has very good Chiropractic knowledge and A.R.T. expertise combined. He treats his patients with care and patience so we could get well soon and then sincerely wish we could follow the exercise regime he recommended so we could be self-sufficient to maintain our well conditions. He always tell me 'The best knee brace you can wear is your own strong and healthy muscle'. Thank you, Dr. Allen. Truly appreciate all that you have done for me.

I started seeing Dr. Geoff Allen back in April 2019. I had hip pain that would keep me up all night and prevent me from exercising for fear of irritating the area that would be uncomfortable when walking and sitting. Within a few weeks I no longer had the sleepless nights. And since then I have been back to exercising at my full capacity. Dr. Geoff is so knowledgeable of the association between the muscular and skeletal system. He understands that they work together- and this was the difference between him and my prior chiropractor. Dr. Geoff worked on the muscles in addition to performing the adjustments. And he has massage on site. The true beauty is he works with the massage therapist explaining the trouble areas so that they can work it out. I ve never felt healthier in my life. Also I must mention the staff is great. You really feel like family.
