They have never replied to my e-mails or phone calls concerning the where abouts of my ID card. It's now Feb. and I can't even request a TA cruise rate without my ID. They were quick to take my money in Sept. by automatic renewal but not quick to follow up on my ID. Someone should do something about CLIA...we are paying too much money now for the lack of service.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to call them on the telephone. After long holds am asked to leave a message or am disconnected. The message says my call will be returned within 2 business days. Still waiting. Have tried to send emails also - no reply. How do we get in touch with our CLIA team???????

Nobody responds to request for CLIA cards.I've received 2 warnings that my membership is being auto-renewed in Sep.2018 3 months early. Twice I've told them I will renew my own membership & they ignore me. I've been a member a long time & they have never been very responsive, but, THIS IS THE WORST ever tHEY MUST HAVE LOCKED UP & RUN AWAY FROM HOME. I am not even using the same card they have
CLIA is at best a potential one sided coin. They need to step in and inform potential passengers about the marginal medical care available aboard most of the mainstream cruise lines. Many of the "Doctors" are simply foreign opportunists that take the gig to satisfy their need for travel and entertainment. The cruise lines satisfy their duty with generally marginal, bottom line oriented, choices instead of in depth patient care. Too bad, for the industry and those affected.
