I ordered Backjoy on Amazon on 9th June 2019 and the parcel was to be delivered by vitamed to a given address by 13th. I received a message on 10th that it left for delivery and we should expect it on 13th June. I am from Kenya and had ordered several items from Amazon and all were delivered but never received the backjoy. I have written to vitamed through Amazon but no response....
I am totally disappointed.. my money lost???

I have called this company as it is the head quarters, but there is no body picking the phone, after 1 hour one lady take the phone, before I started to say some thing , she said she is busy and cut the line, what a disrespectful company is this, i never had such an experience from any company like this

I got an email and a call from a recruiter asking for a telephonic interview ,I was ready on time as we agreed but the hiring manager did not show up. I tried to call the recruiter and sent him an email explaining what happened he ignored my email also my calls.

I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful communication with any company before. I don t know if I should Thank GOD for preventing me from joining this Company or the Recruiter and the hiring manager don't reflect GMG Image!

If anyone knows a senior person and can provide me his contact I would be grateful.

Got my worst experience in Dubai since being in this wonderful city for last 23 years. When Covid lockdown started, they sent an email saying they are closed as per govt regulations and that Engine fitness members will be given extension for their contracts. When the lockdown ended and govt allowed gyms to be open, they conveniently close the business including the lockdown period as active membership days. Was asked to go repeatedly to collect the cheque. No arguments or chance to discuss, just had to accept. Was asked to go to consumer court if I had any issues.

Sun&Sand. Horrible customer experience. It s almost impossible to get through to anyone other than those reading from a script. Even when you do speak to someone, you are given promises that are never kept. The customer service agent lied to me in writing!! If you try to leave a comment on their Facebook page they ll delete it! Even their colleagues in the physical shop won t dare try to reach them. I even tried to call the corporate office. No response whatsoever. The line rings forever and then you re routed to a voice recording system that is full and can t take more messages! It s been full for 9 days now. The entire company should be sent for basic customer service training. What a shame.
